Lol that house was way creepy and super haunted. D:
The basement and my bedroom were the scariest rooms. >_>
The basement was definitely the scariest tho. I so would not go down there alone. It was like something was watching you, and sometimes the air felt so thick it got hard to breathe...and it was so cold...the cold was perfectly explainable tho since it was underground...still it added to the creepiness. D:
Plus there was this one part of the basement, where it had collapsed, and me and my friend were down there once getting laundry out of the dryer for my mom when we were like 6 and we heard like it sounded like someone crying back there. ._.
And I've always wondered did she die when the basement collapsed and is she still crying for help? ):
Lol but the house we live in now is haunted too, so.... X_x;
Um....I dunno. x.x Lura is an artist but she's doing an art auction right now, so she might be busy....
Most of my friends are art whores like me, but i dunno if they're artists too. D:
Um have you tried asking people to join? Like just roaming in the art foum/freebie forum maybe?

Ooh, interesting topic of conversation! I will probably miss most of the conversation here due to my limited online time and just don't have the time to read back and catch up on things, but I have had one paranormal experience in my life, and it was kind of spooky, though not scary.
When I was living with my boyfriend, we lived up the hill from his aunt. She ended up with Alzheimers and was being moved from her home, into a nursing home and we were going to help remove all her belongings from the house before the bank took possession of the house. Now mind you, no one ever told me anything about the 'ghosts' in the house before this incident occurred so I had no idea the house was supposed to be haunted, though the house was quite old. It didn't 'look' like your typical 'haunted house' either, though.
Several hours after we started, we had only the attic left to empty. I went up the stairs, loaded up my arms with boxes, and the stairwell was quite narrow, so I found it easier to back down the stairs using my arms against the walls on both sides of me for support as I worked my way down. I made it down to the last two steps when I heard a voice behind me, speaking. I did not clearly make out what was said, though, as I was too preoccupied in what I was doing. I thought it was my daughter who had spoken.
I propped the boxes I was holding on my knee and against the wall, reached up, took the top box off the pile (it was very light, just an old mink stole inside), reached around behind me and said 'Here, take this.' It was in front of my face and was beginning to annoy me. I stood there for a while, and she never took the box, so I put the box back, stepped down off the stairs, turned around, and there was no one there.
I made my way downstairs to the moving van, and my ex-boyfriend walked into the house. I asked him where my daughter was. I told him what happened, and he laughed and told me I had just talked with one of the ghosts in the house. He said everyone was outside relaxing and taking a break, and that I was the only person in the house.
I looked at him disbelieving, but when we went outside, sure enough, everyone was sitting around and chatting and relaxing, even the kids. He told his brother and sister-in-law what happened, and they laughed too. They had apparently lived in the house with his aunt and their two children for a while before getting another place. His brother told me that there were several ghosts in the house. One was a man, who lived downstairs, and spoke in a cruel voice. Upstairs, there was a woman, a girl, and a baby. They could be heard in the closet on the right, just at the bottom of the attic stairs, at night, the baby would be crying and the mother would be shushing him.
He told me several times during daylight hours, he would walk in on his son talking to someone, and his son would tell him he was talking to the girl ghost. He also said that he and his wife slept in one of the rooms downstairs, and at night the light would sometimes be turned on for no reason. He and his wife would be woken from sleep when that happened, but they never once heard the man speak, they only knew it was a man because they had been told about him from someone else who had heard him speak.
I don't know if ghosts move from one property to another after an unsettling experience, but after the house was emptied, we started having some experiences in our own home, just up the hill a short ways. We would shut a door, and knew we had shut it, and the door would pop open again unexpectedly, and no one was on the other side of the door. My daughter and ex-boyfriend's daughter shared a room, and they told us the light would come on in their room when they were sleeping, so all we could assume was that one or more of the ghosts had moved in with us when the house down the hill was emptied out.
After the bank took over the property, my ex-boyfriend's brother came over and said he had forgotten something in the house. He said he knew how to break in without damaging anything as he had locked himself out a few times when they were living there and had figured it out then. He went in through one of the windows on the second floor, which was level with the ground in the back of the house as there was a hill back there. He went in, retrieved whatever item it was he was after, and was going to leave, when he heard a man's voice behind him. He said it sounded very cruel and told him 'Get out of here and don't come back!'. He said he didn't have to be told twice, he immediately exited the house.
I never felt scared, though I'm glad I never heard that man's voice, hehe, as that would have scared the socks off me, I think.

Eeek Fizzy. If I was your ex's brother, I would have screamed and ran for my life! X_x
Nothing has really spoke to me....
There have been human noises though. The first paranormal experience I had, which was me and my friend in the basement when we heard the woman crying from the section that was collapsed. Then the one that I count as MY PERSONAL first one, which was the one on the last page and that shadow thing growled at me.
In this house, I've also had a very serious experience. Something was breathing, like a man breathing and it sounded like it was all around me. Kept going until I had squished myself into the corner of my bed and was hugging my knees to my chest and shaking because I couldn't figure out where it was coming from, except it felt like it was right in my face. Finally I yelled "Just go away!" and it stopped. O.o
That was when I was like 14. WHY do I always get the haunted bedroom?!
That's the only paranormal thing that's happened in this house that was really scary. There have been a whole LOT of creepy as hell things, but nothing scary.
Oh, like the one time when we were all sitting in the living room and all the sudden some woman starts humming. xD And there's perfume to go with the sound. So smell and sound, just no body. >_>

well, if it makes you feel any better, I always get the haunted house. well, that is sort of inaccurate. I'm a medium and so they tend to be around me. I'm not like the ghost whisperer or anything, but I can usually identify who or what it is and help to get rid of it. most naughty buggers don't even try to mess with me anymore because they all know better.

eh. ghosts don't really scare me. but aliens do. aliens and clowns. Man, those thigns freak me out. And I have a totally different belief in ghosts than most people do. So for me, a ghost experience has a totally different meaning. But I think being a ghost hunter would be pretty fun.

the shows about ghost hunting bother me. they are only there for a night. I think it'd be better to stake out a house or whatnot for at least a week!

I love ghost whisperer.
But yeah, they always tell us in science that to have an effective experiment, you need mulitple trials, and I think a week would be more effective than a night.

that is a really good show.
well, you know, ghostly activity doesn't happen every night. that is why it takes a lot of activity in a place for them to go there. And the experiences aren't all in one night every night. but then, on Ghost Hunters those guys also have other jobs and family.

Nothing very paranormal unless you count the feeling of being watched when no one is around.

I didn't really have anything paranormal happen on Halloween ... but then that was because I took my son trick-or-treating and then to my friend's house where I had me alot of Captain Morgans Spiced Rum with Pineapple! YUM! And then we watched movies from the 80s! It was SOO much fun!!

Sadly, no one sent art in for the paranormal art contest...
