And my niece (sister's first child) is named Damiana. And she would have named her Damian if she was a boy. Grandma won't even call her by that name. She said its 'devil name'. >< She calls her Dawn, cuz that's her middle name. o_o

What does that mean? Could you please elaborate? *I always knew something was wrong with me.* Lately I've been thinking I'm anemic, but only because people say if you like to chew ice, then you are. And I don't necessarily have to chew ice, but I do have to have it in my drink, and then end up chewing it afterwords.

Omega 3 fatty acids are in fish and flaxseed. If you don't get enough of it in your diet your immune system starts to go down and you're more likely to get colds and flu viruses...
I'm not completely sure... but many people are deficient in it, so it might be food for you to try getting more of it in your diet. *nod* ^^
