Sure, you just scan in the texture you want, and then you fill a layer with it in the cg that your working on, and you set that layer to multiply! It's great and you can get really nice effects with it. There are lots of different ways to do it.

actually alot of those were rather cheap on gaia.. i get really lucky finding people to commission from. *snort* and some of them were made by friends *shrugs* i get really really lovely art from such nice people ^^.
