"No, where on your spine?" she said, gently removing the bandages.

"right in the middle" he said and chuckled a little bit when he realized something "just where they whipped me."

"Exactly my point." she said, seeing the small device. "Ok, this won't hurt much," she said, getting a hold on the thing. "It's going to hurt a whole lot. Should I yank quickly, or slowly remove it?"

"just Yank it." he said with a smile

"Ok then. Don't jump or try not to scream. This will hurt. A lot." she braced herself, got a good grip on it, and yanked it out.

Evan wanted to scream but kept his mouth shut. The pain was extrem but he managed not to move. When it was finnally off he smiled slightly, happy to be free

"Sorry if that hurt." she said apolegetically. "Come on, can you get up?"

"not sure, but I will try." he siad and started to get up. But pain soon made him double over in pain and lay on the floor. "sorry" he said weakly and panted slightly from what he had tryed to do. He then moved his hand which was covered in his own blood to his pokeballs and pulled put one weakly. Soon ponyta stood infront of them and he looked at Thron "do you think you could help me get on her." he said weakly. You could tell from his voice that he was about to pass out or die soon from the amount of blood he had lost and from the pain.

She wrapped the bandages around his back again. She lifted him up and lay him gently on Ponyta. "Come on girl, we gotta get him to a hospital." she said, leading her up the stairs.

Ponyta followed her up the stairs.

After a while Evan passed out form the amount of blood he lost

They got to the top and Thorn wondered if Davian was still there.

When they entered the lobby Damian glared at them. "what do you think your doing?" he asked

"To take him to a hospital!" she said. "He's horribly hurt!"

damian scowled "He got what he deserved and he belongs to me. If you take him out of here I am going to send the police after him and make them kill him"

"What did he do wrong? You just pick on him!" she climbed on Ponyta's back and said. "Run! Pikachu, Thunderbolt!"

"guards get them" damian yelled and the guards charged at them

Ponyta ran right for the door

"PikaCHUUUUUUUUU!!!!" Pikachu lit up the place, making everything light up and shocking the guards.

The guards fell to the ground and damina yelled angeryly at them

Ponyta rammed the door and continued to run right into the forest

Pikachu soon caught up and jumped onto Ponyta's tail. Thorn held Evan in place as well as she could. "don't worry, we'll get you somewhere safe." she promised him.

Evan woke up a little bit and smiled at her "thank you" was all he managed to say

Ponyta continued to run full speed and finnally stoped when it was to tired to move another inch

"No problem." she said, putting on a smile so he wouldn't see she was worried. "Thank you Ponyta." She said, looking around. "We're still very far from a town, but I think I can get you somewhere safe." She said, half to herself. She got off Ponyta and led her into the woods where no one would find them.

"it must be dissapointing to find out that a great theif is nothing more then a slave to someone" he said as he looked at Thorn

"No, I secretly thought you were to kind for master-thief type person." Thorn said truthfully. "You stopped and rescued a Growlith that you had no idea where it came from."

Evan smiled weakly "yeah and now thanks to you the name Alan the shadow theif will fade away and I can just be plain old Evan." he said weakly

"Good. I like you just as plain Evan." She found a protected clearing. "Come on, you need to lie down."
