Hello - I'm new to this thread & still sort of new to the site. I've only been here a little over a week. This is the first thread I have been to outside of the Fresh Meat forum. So I guess I will just jump straight in.

I have been a Doctor Who fan since Tom Baker (4th Doctor) who had always been my favorite, but David Tennant really grew on me & now he is my favorite.
I haven't got to see many of the new episodes with Matt in them.

Tennant was my favourite too, but was very quickly replaced by Smith within about 6 episodes. He really does seem like he was made for the role, everything about his Doctor is pretty much perfect.

hello again. I finally went to bed at 3:00 am this morning.

hello I just started school today but I had to get up around 5am because of work. thankfully coffee is a wonderful savior.

I didn't have to get up until 8. First class wasn't until 10.

I was fairly lucky when I lived on campus, my room was opposite the school of biology so I could get out of bed 5 minutes before a class or lab and still be on time. When I moved off campus I still only had a 15-20 minute walk to the university so I never had to get up before 8:30.

When I was in university halls I had to get two buses and including waiting it was about 40 minutes journey. My flat is 15 minutes walk away. -_-

I just wanted to say that I found Sherlock really disappointing. I really really wanted it to be good, and to like it, but I just fell asleep over the second and third episodes.

Not been much online as usual, just caught up with this thread now. Hope everyone is doing well, and not dying in the absence of new Doctor. :)

I had no idea why Matt and Karen were on The One Show without anything to really promote. Just reminding us we still have months to wait for Christmas it seems. Cruel.

That's good. I'm visiting home as well, which is great, and going back to London on the 10th, though uni doesn't start till the 29th. Plenty of time to party and catch up with friends. :D

I'm going to pretend to be a fresher and steal as much crap as they were willing to give me last year during Fresher's Week. I need to enrol on the Wednesday (15th) anyway.

ug i'm starting to hate school I had to type this paper I don't even know I did right.

That reminds me of my first year, I was a biochemistry student but this one stupid module I had to take had an assignment that required me to write a 5000 word essay on LASER weather systems.

I was a little..irritated considering I study organic processes at a cellular and molecular level. I ended up just not doing it since it was first year and didn't count toward my degree anyway, getting a little told off was preferable to trying to research something that I had no idea where to even begin on.

I'm another Who fan. Been watching since Dr. Chris, through the 4 brilliant seasons of Dr. David, and this last unexpectedly amazing season with Dr. Matt! and omg Amy Pond is gorgeous... sorry lol *cough cough*
