Wow, you caught up fast! I don't blame you, though. When I got back into it a few months ago I was watching something like 5 episodes a day. I'm down to about 1 now, but I'm on my second go-around, third for some seasons.
Cherry: ah, yea, I watched the first 5 seasons in about 9 days. I just couldn't stop watching. *laughs* I've watched some episodes multiple times, to know where my roommate was. :)
Wow, you've got me beat there! It gets really addicting, though, so I don't blame you. I do recommend going through a second (or third) time at a much slower pace so you can fully absorb it, too. Otherwise the mental timeline gets muddled and gets more difficult to track character growth (Rose and the Doctor's relationship, the aftereffects of, the Doctor's mellowing out after starting out so angry, etc.), etc. Also just so you're not without Who.
Oh, I once I find more free time (I've got a full load of classes this term) and when I'm done with Torchwood, I'm going to go back and re-watch them. :) Now that I don't have to worry about catching up to my roommate, who was watching them on the same netflix account as I was. :) Ah, yeah, but I agree, ya can never have too much. But that first day that I started watching, I was up till 6 am, watching - I watched the first season and a few episodes into the 2nd season before I crashed, only because I was here alone without my roommate and I needed something to keep me occupied, and I don't do well in a totally quiet room. *laughs* And once I started watching I couldn't stop. :P My roommate thinks that the reason that I get hooked on TV shows, is because I grew up without TV at home, so I'm tryin' to catch up now.
Sorry for the late reply. I've got my first big Stats exam tomorrow morning at 8 am, and I was writing out my 'cheat' sheet for my exam and finishing up my homework. I swear, my homework is out to make me feel exhausted, and I'm not even done yet. *sighs*
Yeah - I definitely slept in the next day - and the awesome thing was, is that even though I was watching - I was more half watching half listening (which is why I need to go back and re-watch) because I also managed to get all my homework done as well. :) Torchwood is pretty good, definitely different (more darker, gory, and has more sexuality than Doctor Who, but is still good all the same). My roommate just started watching Torchwood today, and she's having a ball because she's totally in love with Jack. *laughs* Plenty of Jack in Torchwood, definitely.
I need to rewatch Torchwood but after the end of the second series and Children of Earth... rerk, I don't want to spoil anything but I think it'll affect the way I watch the earlier episodes.
That was really cool until...
What... that's not the inside of the Tardis? Is it really edited in? I mean, I haven't watched the Eleventh Doctor lately, but I really don't remember the new interior looking like that.

Hmm... Yeah, I guess that is right. Okay, I guess I'd just forgotten the new interior of the TARDIS. I really need to rewatch those episodes... but I just started season 3 an hour ago, so it'll be a bit yet.
The picture with the lights off was from an episode where they have to decide between reality and dream state and the tardis, for one of the states is out of power. Therefore it's annoying and boring. :XD
Friday 18th, the show starts at 7pm on BBC One. I'll probably be in to watch it. Hopefully I'll have just enough faculties left after Frankenstein the night before to work a TV remote.
Ooh, sounds like a fun couple of days, Kat.
I'd think about tracking down a clown nose and wearing it, but no one around here would have any idea what I was on about. Though, where I live, a person with a clown nose might not raise all that many eyebrows.
I was thinking about getting one of the Comic Relief t-shirts this year but I don't know whether I'd prefer Blackadder or Queenie. I forgot to go to TK Maxx the last time I was in town.
Oh dear. That is a tough call, I must say. Queenie is such great fun because she's insanely dangerous, but Blackadder is, well, Blackadder. That's the only qualifier I think I can give  Ooh, don't know.
Stupid historical societal norms! :illgetu:
The Family's awesome, though. In a scary way, not in a "my hero" way.
Earlier I was playing "David Tennant Pauseface" with my mother. We discovered that you can hit pause almost any time David Tennant is on screen and he'll be making a really ridiculous face. Failing that, he'll be making a really handsome one. I'm watching too much Doctor Who. I mean, really, I just picked out hairdye based on Amy Pond's hair. (not to be like her or something, I just thought her hair color is gorgeous and I dye my hair red to start with and had never tried that shade... I made it sound intentionally geeky, but now I have to explain that I'm actually not that geeky)

Not with this box, no, but I've dyed my hair a bunch before. I've put it off for something like a year, though. I'm naturally a bit red-tinted, so I guess it took the dye well enough and now it's a bit redder than it used to be. My natural color's pretty boring. Kind of like a dirty blonde/light brown hybrid with hints of red. Interesting in theory, muddy in actuality.
Lucky for you that you've got a color you like, though! The majority of my dad's side of the family is (dark red, not orange) ginger, and with my hair being just slightly red, I've always felt it was a bit of a tease, a genetic "f u."
Aw, but your hair sounds pretty! I'm sorry that you don't like it </3 :c
My natural hair colour is an ash brown with faint natural honey-blonde streaks, I'm actually really fond of it <3
