I'm sore as well, but I don't think they're causing my headaches.

Stress is also a cause I think. Well I am familiar with muscletense headaches, well I dunno if that is called that way in English since I literally translated it XDD

If the tension on my muscles stays too long they usually turn into evil migrain attacks which I so hate. Luckily I have meds for that, they usually help a lot but they make me all drowsy. XD

I tend to get my headaches from stress or being annoyed/mad.

Su, It's ok. ^^ Yeah it sure isnt pleasant, I am bound to my bed a lot of times cuz of it, it's sort of handicapping my life a lot of times.
Like a lot of times I have a party or wanna go do sumtin with friends I have to call it off cuz of migrain. That's why I am online a lot, I just set my screen to the darkest I can. I refuse to waste half of my life lying in bed not doing anything. XDD

I am going to get some stuff to help my bad back get into the right position again, apparantly thats where the stress on my muscles come from (and doing the job I have now is also heavy on the back) so I hope it will help. ^^
My doc even gave me morfine for my back, but I refuse to use that crap. lol

Anyways, it's not as bad, I am sort of used to it, I had this already as a kid and back then I would cry if I couldnt go to the fun things again and again cuz I was having migrain, but I sort of have come to accept it. ^^
