I wonder what would happen if I locked those two twits in a room... She didn't have the heart to tell the pair that the gold was not pure and had probably been mixed with another metal. But she didn't feel generous enough to honor Rion's earlier words.
"This is the girlfriend of his I saw earlier." Tira took her place slightly behind Alexandr and leaned down to whisper to the lady.
"You should not be so quick to be so relieved nor so ready to be relieved of your coins. Also, in hiding your position there is power as great as your position itself. Ladies of your rank are very ripe and tempting targets." She brought a finger to her lips, motioning for silence while good nature shone through her eyes so that Alexandr does not see the advice as disrespect.

"Cain, how come he can leave and have fun as he likes?" She gestured to the place that Alastor once stood, jealous of his freedom and his ability to leave and tease humans while she couldn't.

"Hmm, the next destination, I never thought I'd be able to go back there again. Looks like I'm going to see Queen Eliana and Princess Runa, I'm coming to see you again." Rion whispered to himself. "Everyone, our next destination is the Kingdom of Alvera, that's our target. Let's pack up the things we might need in our journey and go. The next artifact is in there, I'm sure the Dark Resonance will be going after that." Rion said.

Mixi took her head out from under her hood, then giggled at Rion's reaction. "What are hiding about?" she asked. Crys shook again. Stop it! she thought to him.

"Ah, Now I see what you mean." Alexandr muttured out of the corner of her mouth while she examined the two. The girl just randomly bought a necklace for this boy who isnt her boyfriend and whom Alex presumed she could not have known long. Unless this whole envoy search had been happening longer then she thought.
But even if the boy wasnt her boyfriend, it was a strange gift to give to one. Maybe Alex was a bit stereotypical but she did know that unless he was meeting someone of a higher rank then him, the Baron would only wear rings. Her mom however, was a different story.
Alexandr muttured something inaudibly then as Tira talked that could only be called the closest thing to a curse word without being a curse word. "Yes, as you say Mira." Perhaps like Tira, Alex would have to go under a false name. Heck, Shion probably had 50 to spare. The only problem was Alexandr allowing someone of lower rank address her like equals. Old habits die hard as they say.
"Where should we meet when we are done?" Alexandr asked, shaking her head clear of different aliases she was considering. "Ill need time to inform my family I am leaving." What should she do? Say she's running away? Tell the truth, be laughed at and grounded? Or worse, pretend she waas kidnapped? Shion could make a pretty good bad guy.

Rion put on the necklace that Mixi bought and looked at it. Rion had a feeling the chain was fake gold, but the sapphire was real. When Mixi spoke Rion's body felt a little tense, "Huh? I-I'm not hiding, I was just thinking that's all." Rion said to Mixi. Rion looked at Alexandr, "We'll meet at the city's entrance. It will be easier to start off from there. Always, I need to go with you to tell your family that you'll be traveling with us. They might be persuaded if I show them that I myself am an Envoy, if they are still skeptical, I'll show them something to be persuaded with. Anyways it would be better if I can help you rather than lying to your parents." Rion said.

"I'm sorry, but I'd like to keep an eye on Shion, if I may m'lady. I will not be able to follow you. He is not one to be trusted to be free with so much money with no promise in the future. That idiot Rion didn't think. Your money and a soul couldn't possibly be enough for a person whose loyalty lies with money. Some day I will grab that back book though, just to see how much he makes." She couldn't help wondering how effective he was at accounting, especially if he was an mercenary and, above all, a guy. She could only hope that her skills could be better than his skills and his little black book.

"I'd go with a story such as you want to go with a friend to some 'absolutely dashing duke's' house to party, and rest from lessons, 'Allie'. Did you know that m'lady is actually really odd to say? Anyways, if you want, I'm sure I can play the part of your socially adept friend. If you like the idea, just let me change into suitable clothing. I highly doubt any sane mother would think let me near a little baroness in this skimpy outfit... Showing my knees and shoulders, scandalous." She gave a giggle that she had heard constantly heard in the marketplace from the gossiping girls that had the same amount of brains as a black squirrel in the desert during the day. And hopefully her slight suggestion for an alias helped.

"You know I can hear you. I mean I am just a few inches away from you." Rion said to Tira. "Besides, what gives you the right to call me an idiot?" Rion looked at Tira. "As far as I'm concerned, Shion won't do anything bad, he may be a demonic sort of man but from my eyes, he's a man who's been constantly suffering and overcome with guilt. I'm not sure what his past was like but I can tell that he has a good heart. He's pretty much just stubborn which makes him sort of adorable." Rion said with a smile.

"I know that you know, but do you know what I know? I'm a bit older than you, and I have the right to judge you as I see fit. Whether you like it or not, my opinions are my opinions. And I didn't say he was bad, just untrustworthy to me. I'm sort of the unwilling to trust people person, if you haven't noticed. And yes, he is as adorable as a pit viper with his fangs stuck in your body." Tira enjoyed the fact that she could easily look down upon anyone, even though the males were all taller than her five feet, seven inches.

"Older than me? How so? If you're talking about age then yes, but in the mind I suppose that's where you might come in short." Rion said with a slight giggle. "Anyways, be careful of karma. Master once told me, what you do on to others will be inflicted upon you." Rion said in a playful tone. "I wouldn't be surprised if something were to happen to you." Rion said with a taunting voice. Rion started to giggle again, "How I pity you, maybe in the afterlife you might understand some day." Rion said to Tira as he looked at her with a devious look.

"I just call them as I see them." Shion said with a small laugh. "And as I see you as a jewerly maker, thats what you are. But on the matter of your soul, Ill be the judge of whether I want it or not." He grinned again before allowing his attention to become preoccupied with the entrance of the girl he had seen earlier with Rion.

Shion didnt need Tira to make the 'girlfriend/boyfriend' jokes to Alexandr to come to the same conclusion. He had seen it when he had thought they were random strangers and he still thought it now. However, how serious the love was was another matter. It appeared to him a crush, an infatuation with each other and the mysteries they held. It fairly sickened Shion. Sickened him enough to cause him to sigh and walk away as soon as the announcement was that thay were to split up and purchase supplies.

It wasnt for supplies that Shion left though. Sure he would probably buy some food since he tended to get hungry at least once an hour, and some beer or moonshine would be good too if he had to spend too many days with these people. But what he really wanted was to find some odd trinket's that he could take with him from the city. Shion could be called a collector in this sense especially since the oddities reminded him what cities he had already been in and would probably not find anymore customers because he had been here.

Cain took the owl from Jeera, only remnants of a grin on his face as he held it up to the light as if to make sure it would do. "Yes Yes, be patient." He muttured, his head tilting back slightly so he could still see Lily and Jeera as he turned away. The owl had just gone limp in his hands when Alastor left and Jeera voiced her impatience causing cain to grin again. "Why he gets to leave?" He asked when the sound of what could be considered a scream came from the owl as if it was trying to give into the pain. "Because he's smart." Cains laughs almost sounded in unison with the owl's screeching. "This way he wont do any of the work and will come back when we are tired and worn out to take the artifacts from us to give to Agito."

"Karma? I'm sorry, but life is not fair and karma doesn't exist. Everybody is bound to have unfortunate experiences, and besides, Karma would owe me a lot if it truly did exist. And I will not grace you with a complete response on your first comment. I don't believe in the afterlife either, by the way. All that matters is how you act, here and now, because that is all you can depend on. The future may never come. I pity you, in all your naivety, you call ignorance heaven and the jaded, devils." With her last words, she turned around and walked to follow Shion, not bothering to be secretive and hide in shadows. If she had to stay with Rion for any longer, she would swallow her own daggers.

Rion sighed, "Looks like there's no way of changing her mind, oh dear, this will be troublesome. Looks like the test has failed, I'll have to come up with something for getting through that scaly head of hers." Rion whispered. Rion walked away from the area for a bit, he felt like practicing his powers for awhile.

"What's he doing now?" Mixi said, following Rion. If he was going to do something with his powers he wasn't allowed to be alone... she wouldn't let him. Rion was unaware that she had somebody charm the necklace with a protective spell. It wasn't that strong, but if he knocked himself out again he'd be somewhat safe. Nonetheless, she made it her duty to protect the guy. Crys started shaking again, but she ignored him.

Anko was close to the area she was suppose to be. She could smell him, clear as day, the man she had promised to hunt down and gut like the useless animal she was. He was the Envoy of Death, one of her two sworn enemies. She brushed her long hair out of her face and continued to sniff out her target. He was getting closer and closer to her. She turned an alley way and there she saw a small group of people. She left the alley way and approached the group, drawing her chain whip. "Shion Eidrich! Show yourself immediately or all your friends will die!" she said, then she sniffed the scent of the other one. "And Mr. Void... you better show yourself as well," she muttered, chuckling a little, but at the same time still allowing evil to be sketched all over her face. He'd better show himself... or they both might have to die.

"That sounds perfect Mira." Alexandr replied with a slight wave as if she was dismissing Tira to go after Shion as the other left. "But I will inform them that you are too busy with preparations to come out personally to greet them." After all, their parents knew almost every daughter and son of every high class person in the country.
Alex then let Tira argue with Rion as she muttured "Allie." Repeatedly to herself as if to get used to the sound of it. The next time she looked up to observe the other's was when Shion and Tira had left and a new voice called out to them. "Im sorry I think You have us confused. We are not Shion's 'friends'. "

"He'd have to pry them from my cold dead Hands." Of course being a Remnant, Lily's hands were already unnaturally cold. "Now get rid out of that damn thing." She all but yelled, knocking the bird from Cain's hands before mutturing something inaudibly and walking into the woods. "Hurry it up!"

Rion looked at Mixi as she followed, "Are you following me?" Rion asked politely. Rion thought up of possible reasons why, "Ahh, maybe you like me!" Rion said playfully. "No, that's too far from the truth, right?" Rion giggled a bit until voice spoke out. The voice demanded two of the Envoys, "I wonder who that could be, oh dear she sounds angry at me and Shion but I wonder why?" Rion said, "It looks like I will be using my powers again only this time it's real combat." Rion said with a serious look.

Alastor appeared in the same city as before but only to spy on Rion and the others. When Alastor looked down from atop of a building, he noticed a strange woman demanding two of the Envoys. "Oooooh, someone is trying to pick a fight with my prey. This is very interesting, I wonder what she can do." Alastor said with his finger on his lip. "She looks yummy, but for some reason that look in her eyes make me think that she could be useful somehow." Alastor said.

Mixi blushed at this accusation, "N-no! I don't like you!" she said, trying to disguise her lies. "I practically hate you! I just made it my duty that the Void Envoy doesn't end up killing himself." she looked around when she heard the very familiar voice. "That sounded like..." it was. It did happen to be her old friend Anko who turned evil at some point. "Anko... what is she doing here..."


Anko glared at the woman that spoke to her. "I don't care if you are Shion's slaves... hand him over and I may let you leave unscathed," she said with venom. "And while you are at it, make sure you deliver the Void Envoy as well... I won't leave without him."

"I see, I understand. I'm not a well-liked person anyways, I'm practically an enemy to most people who see me, especially those who still held a grudge against the Kingdom of Alvera. I'm used to being hated, anyways it doesn't matter. I'd rather conceal my past instead of revealing them." Rion said in sad tone. Rion walked to see the woman that Mixi calls Anko. "You there, what do you want from me? Why do you seek the Envoys of Death and Void? Fighting me will mean certain death, please leave if you don't want your soul to be devoured by the void." Rion said as he look at the woman named Anko. Rion's left hand was enflamed with dark flames, "Will you back down and leave or should I purge you from existence? Please don't make me fight you." Rion had the most dangerous look in his eyes, it was as if Regulas had controlled Rion again only this time Rion was in control.

"Ooooh, I see. That Envoy brat is going to go at it with his own strength, this is going to be interesting. I want to see his revolve and I want to see it shatter once the power overtakes him." Alastor said with a smile. Alastor was trying to cloak his presense while watching the bout that is going to happen between the woman, Anko and the Envoy Rion. "I'm excited!" Alastor said with a slight happy spasm.

Shion didnt slow down even though he heard Tira coming after him. The only time he looked at her in fact was when the girl finally caught up to him. " You look like you just ate something disgusting." he commented, a hint of a smile playing on his face before turning it into a glare. "So I guess they sent you to make sure I dont run off?" He asked, his voice sounding somewhat testy as he looked ahead.
Shion wouldve kept the angry facade up but before Tira could finish replying he thought he heard someone call out his name and he glanced over his shoulder expecting one of the other's to be following him. "Did you hear something?"

Cain laughed again, allowing Lily to knock the bird away from him. He honestly didnt need the creature to be in his hands to cast the spell though in the case of a bird who can fly away before they are totally ensnared it helps. "Come on Jeera" He said, as he controlled his laughter and the owl twitched on the ground as if it was waking up from a dream. "We don't want to be left alone in the woods now do we?" He asked, his lips still holding a small smile as he half jumped half walked after Lily as if it would make him mover faster though it in fact made him slower.

"No, they would have given you their souls and let you walk off without a single thought. It was my idea." Tira ignored his mood, but then she overheard a disruption back where the others were. Darn, can't leave Alexandr alone without some trouble...
"Yes I did, now hurry up." She grabbed his arm and ran back, ignoring Shion's displeasure while she pulled him along. "Apparently somebody holds a grudge against you and is threatening my charge and the two lovesick children." She almost snarled, but hid it as grimace. If this is how the entire journey would turn out, she would need leashes in order to keep track of everybody. Before long, she spied the woman intruder.
"Hey, you there, stop causing trouble. You can have mister Void for all I care, but please leave." She let go of Shion and pulled out her daggers, ready to throw them at a millisecond's notice.

"You are strange Cain, why not be left alone? Nobody could stop the tricks then." But she still flew after Cain after staring at the owl for a bit, seeing it stumble about, completely disoriented.

"My current business," Anko said to the man who was obviously the Void Envoy, "is with the Envoy of Death..." she sneered. "I'll kill you later when I get the time." She turned to Shion. "Your demise is requested by my master. The sooner you die, the happier he will be."

Mixi tried to breath, she hadn't seen Anko in over a year. She was right however, she was here. "Anko... what happened to you..." she barely whispered.

Rion felt his heart hurt a little when Tira spoke harshly, tears fell from his eyes. "That hurts, you're heartless Tira, you're very heartless." Rion's facial expression looked as if he was disspirited. Rion felt this way before when people rejected him and feared him just because he existed. Rion fell to his knees and cried so much. "You're just like the others......you're just like the others, everyone wanted me to die, everyone who judged me wanted me to die.....you're just as terrible as them......" Rion started having flashbacks of his painful experience when he was at the orphanage. Rion held himself as he fell in despair.

"Ooooh, I like that expression on his face. It looks delicious." Alastor said. Alastor started to chuckle a bit. "Let us see more of that despair, I want to see more!" Alastor laughed insanely. Alastor didn't care if he was caught now, all he wanted was to see more of Rion's despair.

"I don't want you to die!" Mixi told Rion. "Anko won't touch you, and she won't touch the Death doofus either!" She didn't know how well she'd hold against her old friend, but she'd do her best to protect everyone.
