Fun, fun, sorry. Typos typos typos. I am queen of typos. XD

I'm writing in favor of the insanity plea, which is where a criminal, usually a killer, isn't sent to jail due to reason of insanity- they go to a mental health facility until they're deemed to no longer be a danger to themselves or others. It's a really fascinating topic, and I'm looking into all kinds of mental illnesses and neuro-science to back up my points. Only I get so sad when I read about the cases. :(

It sounds like an interesting topic. Are you presenting in class? You'll probably have a hard opposition on this topic, more than likely. I would think anyway.
Some of the cases can be sad, though sometimes one has to wonder if the person was insane from birth, or if they became insane through a certain part of their life leading up to the fact of the crime.

That's no problem Lath! I had actually forgot that this was coming. Of course, I've been a bit stressed this evening, so that didn't help, either. =(

Max- Yes, we are presenting in class which is why I'm reading lots of articles that are against the insanity defense so I can argue them back effectively.
Yes, that is something to wonder- the 'reason of insanity' alot of the cases I'm looking at seem like they're developed during life, but long before , or at least several months before the crime, such as schizophrenia, PPD, and brain trauma.
