Awwwwww! Poor Grace! XD When Pogo and Gonzo both sleep in my room, which is what they usually do at my dad's house, sometimes they fight over who gets to lie by the edge of the bed where I sleep. XD When Gonzo gets there first, sometimes Pogo will grab his collar in his teeth and drag him off and then they duke it out in the middle of the room and sometimes when Pogo gets there first, Gonzo will jump on him and the two just snarl and nip at eachother for a while.

Pogo always wins. XD Helps that he's eighty pounds to Gonzo's twelve.

It is funny when they fight, unless I'm trying to sleep and they're all growling and snarling and whatnot. XD; See how cute I think it is when they start fighting at one in the morning when I'm trying to fall back asleep or something. :P

Ah yes, Gonzo usually just keeps pressing against the door when he wants in where someone is, and when he wants out of somewhere, he either starts whining or barking. Pogo just lays by the .door XD

I imagine it must be more annoying to have a scratching cat do it, though. Bono never wants to sleep in my room, so I'm always fine. XD

It's not the watch you need to worry about, it's the warning. =S

Where I live, we're almost always under tornado watches and warnings throughout spring and summer and a good deal of fall. They're usually nothing. Especially of you live near the top of a hill.

See, a tornado watch means there's the potential for a tornado. A tornado warning means that there's a tornado on the ground within your county or a neighboring county. That's when the outdoor warning sirens go off and you're supposed to take cover.

Yes, that's why I wasn't worried. We get tornado watches all the time, and mostly I just roll my eyes. But still, with four eleven year olds here, I just wanted to make sure I have everyone in order before things did get bad.

And now there is a tornado warning, there's a tornado for sure in our county, and there's funnel clouds by my dad's house. :S He better have his butt in the basement. *tries to call him*

I don't go down in the basement anymore unless I'm really sick and my mother is screaming at me to get down there, because I just don't have it in me to fight back.

I hope things are alright for you, but they should be.

There's no such thing as 'too far' anywhere for tornadoes. Just because they're highly unlikely in your area, or maybe even unheard of where you live, there's nowhere that a tornado can't go if the right conditions are met.

Cricket- It's looking like it's died down already, so that's good. My mom is super cautious about these things and she's deemed it safe, so. XD Although, when she got home she started freaking the boys out again, RIGHT after I got them to be not scared. :P

Why don't you go downstairs? ...Well, actually, I imagine there's alot more tornadoes in your state, so it's probably less of an affair even when there are warnings. ^^;

This is the main problem with my parents being divorced. My father is not cautious enough to function without my mother. XDDDD He gots the book smarts, mah mom gots the general smarts. XD

Actually, I think he'd be more like, "AH, NOPE, HASN'T RIPPED OFF MY ROOF YET I'M FIIIIIIIIINE."

You should see how often he'll suggest something that makes my siblings and I do "WTF ARE YOU THINKIN' THAT IS THE DUMBEST IDEA EVER YOU ARE GONNA GET HURT/DEAD."
And he's not even a risk taker. XD He just... I don't even know.

I don't go down in the basement because I live near the top of a hill, and I've watched a tornado destroy a house a mile down the road from me. I'm not really afraid of them, and if my house gets destroyed, I kind of want to go with it.

If I ever strike it rich, I'm going to buy a huge pickup truck and fill it with storm-chasing gear and go storm chasing. ^_^

I used to be really terrified of tornadoes, but then I started having this dream when I was a little kid that a tornado came down in my front yard and I walked outside into it with my teddy bear and was swallowed alive and died.

That dream scared me for about two years, until I decided that that was the way I wanted to die. ^^;;

Anyways, I live just outside of Kansas City Missouri, there's a lot of tornadic activity in this area. And Greensburg Kansas, the city that was completely destroyed by an EF5 tornado (and I think it was also the reason why they stopped measuring in simply F and changed it to EF) that was a mile and a half wide? Yeah, that city is only a couple hours from where I live.

I admit, I admire your bravery in the face of tornados. I think it's awesome.
