They're really easy to make, honestly. o_o Boots, loose pants- I tend to go for more earthy/dark colors, like greys, blacks and browns-a tunic shirt, I used a pale cream colored one, and a belt to go over the shirt. You can get fancy with the accessories like I did if you wanna, but you don't have to.

Ah, a pirate costume I would not be wearing. XD Though, there is one guy I know who, if I recall properly, essentially is a pirate, or works as one. =D

Bright blue might work. o: It would look a little odd, since the traditional view of pirates has them is more subdued colors, but there has been proof that they wore really bright colors.
