Hey-ho, Lathy-lath!
I'll be in and out for now, I've got four different eye drops to give to Pogo and I've gotta wait five minutes between each one. o_o;

Oh yes. o: Pogo loves his eye drops and I love wrestling him to get him to hold still when he's gotten cranky by the third time. *pats the poor guy*
But he's got his vision back and it's only two weeks of the eye drops, so. c:

Yes, and then all will be well. c:
...He's actually not fighting it so much now. c: He wagged his tail and sat quietly last time. Gonzo is getting jealous, though. My mom and I have taken to pretending to give them to him as well so he stops running about and begging. All we do is hold the closed bottle over his eye and hold his muzzle still. He gets so excited. XD

Max; Pretty good! c: Absolutely stunned/pissed at the idiocy/jerkiness of the TSA and their agents after a news article my mom shared, though. e_e Yeah. There's an organization that can't get disbanded fast enough.

Lemme see if I can find the article link for ya. o: Or... it might have been from a blog. o_o I'm not sure which.
Narr, it's a blog. :B But it has names and such, so Iunno if I should link it. o_o Essentially, TSA agents were being more asshat-ish then I thought possible, took a womans' son from her- when she had been told they were just going to pat him down- without consent and wouldn't tell her where he'd been took, told her to calm down as she was getting more upset with still no answer on where her son was or they'd have to involve the authorities, got her son back five minutes before their plane was scheduled to leave, and all this when the metal clip on her sons' pacifier set off the metal detector and they wouldn't let her place it on the conveyor belt. :B Though, when their plane landed she was greeted by her husband and their lawyer. *claps* Yay! I look forward to it. :D
Sorry I vanished. o_o
Max- Evening! :) I'm doing well, just glad it's the weekened. How are you?
Lathy- Oh, that poor boy! He must have been so scared. D: Shame on them. Not all TSA people would do such a thing I'm sure, but there's always certain people of every organization that are poop-heads. :c
In a related story, my English teacher's son apparently has the same name as a wanted criminal, so they got held back for two hours at the air-port while they clarified that this two year old was not a 5'10, thirty two year old man in disguse.

Rommy; Iunno... I've never heard a good thing about TSA. Ever. :c Doesn't mean anything, of course, but that doesn't really change the fact that I think it's a good organization. They just seem to cause more harm then good.
That happens incredibly often, from what I'm told. D: It's just... it's stupid. o_o It's kinda obvious a two year old is not a wanted criminal.

Hey, Rommy. I'm doing okay. Glad it's the weekend, but a bit down because the weather is sucky right now. It's been nothing but rain for the past few days, and will continue through most of the weekend. =/
You would think that the agents would have used the mini-detector or something to confirm that it was such a small thing, rather than having put that woman and her child through all that turmoil.
Apparently, common sense is in short supply amongst these people, especially when it comes to stuff like this. XP

Well, I've dealt with some really sweet TSA people. c:
And I guess it's also just that it's always the negative that gets a big deal made, too. I mean, you don't hear about the doctor that sacrificed a fat pay check to work at a free maternity clinic to get paid next to nothing, you hear about the doctor that is getting sued because he made a misdiagnoses, you're not gonna hear about the policeman that saved little Jimmy from a kiddnapper, you're gonna hear about the one who brutally beat up a suspect who was, in fact, innocent. Lots of professions full of people that just wanna do good get bad reps, I think. :c
Some TSA people are like, super psychotic, though, and there's lots of awful stories. They need to ration common sense with their seriousness about their job.
But I still like to beleive that most are good, sane people just wanting to protect others. :3
