Yuriri and me have a same mindset.
When I saw anyone(in anime style, that is...) wear a skirt, I would immediately think they are girls regardless whether they are actually boys. XD
UNLESS, the boy have a lot of bodyhair, moustache/beard marks and ridiculous muscles. XD

EVen if it is an anime that is aim for crossdress, and EVEN though I am prepare for it, most of the time I cannot find out who is the real boy. XD or should I say, I have a very stubborn mind in thinking dresses are for females. Unless the characters are really musculine, then I will category them as females.

Guys in dresses is still really weird for me~
I think if I saw a guy dressed in a dress walking down the street -- I'd stop and stare -- not because I'd laugh or make fun of them or anything like that -- just simply because I'd be standing there thinking "o_O is that really a guy?!"

lol, I still think... guys really don't look good in dresses...
and guys who look good in dresses mostly because they are more feminine looking.

@ Yuri - Hasuka is male, darling. However, I've had him drawn in dresses and female lingerie.
Hasuka isn't in any RPs. I've tried to RP him, but the RP didn't last. But he dislikes communicating with people because they are so fickle. He literally lives in his own world to avoid reality and often ends up endangering himself in that way. (As in, he'd be imagining himself walking through a beach and walk into a pole or something.) He creates and uses voodoo dolls as a type of outlet for himself.

=/ Its not necessarily true that dresses are for people with curves only. That's like saying that tight clothing is for skinny people only. Clothes might look better for a particular body type, but if you want to wear it, you should be able to wear it without causing an uproar.

In that means, clothes are for everyone to wear.

My point is, look good or not, in my point of view.
I am not stopping people from wearing anything they want.
