No worries about being sick, or anything, that's completely understandable. You can send a sample if you wish, but I'm completely fine without one, I'm not too picky on who I'm role playing with.

If we were to RP I'd want us both to play male characters, since I'm not really up for het or femxfem right now. :)

If you truly have no preference, I wouldn't mind playing something based in an inn/tavern. It'd be fantasy based, any race/weapon/powers go. I've seen this more so in group RPs, but I'd like to try it 1x1 if you're interested.

Basically, there'd be a large inn/tavern/mansion/whatever, with multiple facilities (cafe, rooms, pool, steam room, whatever our hearts desire). Probably moreso in the middle of no where, with some catch like the people can never leave (as cheesy as that may be.) Our characters would either be guests to it or staff of it. For added fun the place would be enchanted (eg. things moving on their own, or items coming to life, water appearing from no where, etc.)

I'm used to playing only one character at a time (asides from NPCs), but I could live with playing multiple on this one.

I'd prefer it to have boyxboy love/romance aspects to it.
On that, with this idea, I was thinking something like
tavern/inn/mansion owner x guest
owner x staff
staff x staff
staff x guest
guest x guest

I'd play either role in any situation.

This would give you the option to be any character you want, but the setting would be fixed to this place.

I can see this idea as being kind of specific, so if you don't like it/don't want to do something like that (or if you'd like any changes to it), just say so. But otherwise, please mention something you'd like to do! :yes: Since you seem to have such a large array of options, I'll have trouble guessing if you give me vague thoughts.

Sounds great.... I'd probably better as staff then guest... I just know where I'm good... so yeah.

Stuck in a haunted house sounds good to me.

(Assuming we're both playing humans, if you'd prefer I play something else, say so) : Are you thinking something like, say, they (they being our characters) get dared to go into the haunted house by their friends for a night sort of thing, or they're going in to investigate rumors of ghosts, etc... Then they find themselves trapped/unable to leave. Maybe the house is a lot bigger than previously thought, so they're even getting a bit lost.

Or maybe something more like already living in a haunted house/moving into a haunted house, only to find out its haunted and they're unable to leave it.. etc.?

I have a few OCs I wouldn't mind playing around with for any of those.
I'm quite fine with all of them and any of the roles (except if we did demon/vampire I'd prefer demon, I don't like playing vampires...)

:) If there's one you're really, really fond of I'll play any, myself. So if you're leaning to one over the others mostly, say so and it'll totally change my preference~

mmkay well on the elf one it's actually an elf/drow one which is pretty much the same, the plot is;

The Drows and the Elves have been fighting for years on end. The war had affected many especially two lives. An elf has lost his lover to the war, while the Drow who had killed the lover was facing charges for acting on his own and not listening to his general when he told them to fall back. But yet if the Drow hadn't acted like he had they would have lost the one skirmish but that didn't matter to the Council. The Drow faced two options Death, a soldier's honorable death, or exile which was worse then death itself. Last moment the Drow chose exile as he was brought to the edge of the Drow territory onto Elven. The Drow figured he could find his way into the elven community, work his butt off to be accepted as one of them, then come back and have revenge on the Drow community, the ones that wronged him. But not everything is as simple as it seems, especially when you meet the one who loved the one you killed.

Something along those lines. If you don't like it we can do something else, I never seem to be short on plot ideas.

That sounds excellent to me. Its a good thing you're never short on plot ideas, I seem to be a bit more lacking in that department the past week or so. But I don't think theres much reason to change the one you've got in mind, because I believe its well devised.

The only thing I could think to add, (although this is much more insignificant to the overall), is have the drow/elf in some position where they're forced to work together in some way or another. (For example; say the drow takes up some form of work in the elven community in attempts to be accepted in it, and the elf is forced to either work with him by superiors. Or they both have separate jobs of sorts that just make them interact with each other more.. etc.)

Although, it's fine without something like that, too. As I can see the natural curiosity of it all bringing them together moreso on its own, without any need for such a thing.

And, would you rather play the drow or the elf?

Hmmm well the job thing could work, another way I can see them being forced together is obviously when the Drow shows up the Elven council/community/thing will not trust the Drow so he's going to need someone to watch him to make sure that he is being quite serious when he says he wants to join the Elves and repent for everything he had done in the past. So the only one who has room in their house and time to watch the Drow is the Elf so they are forced to live together and such.

I think rping in the forums would work the best, and as for preference it really doesn't matter to me, but I think I would be better at the Drow.

That's perfect. We'll go with that idea, then. (The watching over, forced to live together, etc. that you mentioned)

:P I'm not sure what you find romantic or enjoy so I'd really be reaching around in the dark if I pulled something out of nowhere. :) But if you give some preferences it'd be easier to come up with a RP.

um modern day, human, as for romantic I don't know exactly about that part but I'm cool with what ever you can come up with.
