Seh'ethil nodded. He usually wouldn't be disappointed in a lack of people nearby, but with how much they'd been running into villages and the like lately, he almost missed it. It also would be a relief to find people who weren't some sort of horrible ghost.
With or without Link's encouragements Seh'ethil was willing to jumped off the cliff and into the lake. It seemed a little steep, but it offered him nostalgic memories of events that'd happened in his past. When the elf landed in the lake he didn't surface at first, and then came up coughing water. Seh'ethil was fine, though, despite the hard impact on the water, and swam over to the lake's edge where Link was. When Seh'ethil got on the land he once again rung out his hair, and then checked his pack and quiver to make sure nothing was lost or damage in the water.
Everything seemed rather calm, even perhaps too calm. Small puddles that'd formed at their feet began to ripple as the ground shook, large stomping noises accompanying them from the distance. Seh'ethil's ears twitched slightly as he looked around, apparently there'd been another reason beyond their splashing that all the dinosaur's had ran away.
Emerging from the forest, there stood quite close to them, a t-rex. It roared loudly, the stench of its breath easily carrying on to their noses. Yet, that horrible, lingering smell was the least of their worries. Seh'ethil looked at Link and yelled for him to run, ready to dart off himself. The large dinosaur wasn't something he felt they should so quickly go up against, at least not in their current position. If they made it to the nearby trees, the t-rex's enormous size would work in their favor, as it might be slowed down by the bush.

He didn't want to run, he wanted to fight the T. Rex, and thats what he signaled to Seh'ethil when he had his sword drawn and ran up to the giant beast. The T. Rex lunged down to quickly eat Link, but he jumped to the side and the T. Rex got a mouthful of dirt and grass, Link used this opportunity to jump onto its head. Using all his strength he stabbed his sword into the T. Rex's head, piercing its skull and brain, it shot some blood into the air, it fell on the ground with a loud, earth shaking thud and died. He pulled the sword out and did a backflip, landing next to Seh'ethil, he shook the blood off his blade and put it back in its sheath. "There, problem solved" he said satisfied.
But, his satisfaction came to an end when the earth shook underneath them again, another T. Rex, possibly the other's mate, emerged from the same trees. It let out a loud and angry roar and chased after them as they ran away from it, they both ran into the trees, hoping to lose the big predator. Link dragged Seh'ethil behind a large cluster of trees, the T. Rex stopped its chase and sniffed the air, it growled and kept going down the paved path, sniffing for them both. He let out a sigh of relief, "phew... that was a close one" he said, "I'm sorry if you're mad Seh'ethil..." he laughed nervously.

Seh'ethil looked at Link in slight amazement, although he probably should have come to expect such a swift victory from his friend. He was about to celebrate the win when the second carnivore came about, and they were forced to run.
He looked at Link with a sort of excitement and shock that'd mixed itself into one. He was surprised Link was apologizing, feeling there was nothing to apologize for. "Sorry? You just.. killed the--" He stopped, clasping his hand over his mouth as he heard the distant t-rex. He figured making sound didn't help their chances of hiding from the scaled beast.
When the elf was sure they'd lost the t-rex completely, he got up. He looked around carefully to ensure his suspicions of it being gone were true, then started walking on - but, in a different direction than, that which the t-rex had left to. The prehistoric forest was a change from those which Seh'ethil was used to, all sorts of weird plants and creatures scurrying across its floor. As they moved on, openings began to show up in between patches of trees, and the archer could see spiral clouds of smoke up a head. He bet this meant they'd either found another volcano, or another town; and if it was the latter, the smoke hopefully ensured that it was inhabited. Seh'ethil ran on towards it, although he was careful of what he stepped by and on.

Link swiftly followed behind his friend, hoping they finally found some people, but, sadly, it was just another volcano. There looked to be a rock path leading behind the mountains just next to the volcano, but, he hesitated in walking toward it, something strange was in the air. "Seh'ethil... does that volcano give off weird vibes to you as well? I feel like its going to erupt any minute." He looked for another way to take, but everyplace else led to nowhere, so they had no choice but to take the rock path.
He stared at the volcano as he went up the path, giving it a suspicious look, and when they reached the end of it, going behind the volcano, Link's suspicions were right. The earth shook violently, causing trees to fall over and rocks to slide down the mountain walls, it was hard to keep their footing in such a violent shake. Large lava rocks came bursting out of the volcano, landing in the forest and setting the trees on fire, making any of the small creatures scurry and run away, soon, lava was starting to flow out of the volcano from all sides and toward them both.
The Earth was shaking too much to run so he made Seh'ethil climb on his back and Link started to jump away from the fast flowing lava. "When will the shaking stop?!" He shouted, his voice was muffled by the loud noises all around them, but, after he said that, the shaking suddenly stopped. A giant rock flew out of the volcano and headed in their direction like a meteor, he jumped with all his strength and they missed getting killed by a few inches. He continued running down the bare path until he found some higher ground to avoid the still flowing lava.
He let Seh'ethil down and he sat on the ground, panting heavily, "are... you alright, Seh'ethil?" He asked breathlessly.

((I've got final exams in school, so I might not be around so much in the next 3-4 days. Sorry for my absence...!))
Seh'ethil nodded when Link asked, glad he wasn't the only one who'd got that feeling. Or perhaps not so glad at all, considering it only raised their chances of it actually happening. This time Seh'ethil followed Link up the path, thinking they had a better chance with facing that second T rex. When the ground began to shake under their feet, he had no doubt they should have ran like hell away from this unstable structure. Yet when lava began to spew, and the forest was set a flame, he remembered they'd had no where to run to that would have kept them safe from this eruption.
The heat from the lava was unbearable, perhaps even worse than when they'd crossed the fault into this prehistoric world. "I think.." Seh'ethil replied, panting himself, although from dehydration over exhaustion. "Are you?" He asked, hoping the lava wouldn't somehow manage to swallow the elevated piece of land they were on. He had Link to thank that he was still alive, although he felt bad for using up his friend's energy like that, having to have him carry him on his back.
Seh'ethil looked around, confused. He'd thought the shaking had stopped as merely a break from the volcano's wrath, but the lava was slowly ceasing its spew as well. The elf sighed in relief, like perhaps it'd only been a minor warning eruptions, although from the fire that still burned in the forest it'd done enough damage. He was wrong in that assumptive hope, though, as the shaking started up again, worse than before. The archer fell over, unable to continue standing with the vicious tremors.
More flaming rocks flew out and lava burst from the volcano's top, although luckily none of it hit their area of ground. The ground calmed for only perhaps a second, and then shook violently again, lava bubbling up from open craters in the now very active volcano's structure. Seh'ethil was sure things couldn't get worse, although when Seh'ethil thought this, it usually meant they could and would. For a minute, everything went quiet, the elf's ears ringing with the sounds of the eruption so loudly that for the moment he'd gone deaf. A piece of the volcano's upper rim broke off, falling into and being swallowed by a sea of lava. It was clear it hadn't exactly been the lava that'd worn away at the rock, when what looked vaguely like a mix of a claw and a hand dug over the edge. The monster was part beast and part made of lava, surely some enraged inhabitant or perhaps even the spirit of the volcano itself.
Seh'ethil, trying to get a steady aim, managed to shoot it with an arrow. The arrow burnt up and disinigrated into the creature's whole, although from the screech that somehow left its indistinguishable mouth, it had apparently still been injured. When the thing's head peered over in a bath of lava, its eyes appeared like two charcoal sockets, filled with flaming rock; and fueled by rage. It hadn't seen Seh'ethil shoot it, luckily, so it hadn't noticed the two... yet.

((I completely understand if you're busy, good luck with your exams! :XP))
"Uhm... Midna... can you get us out of here?" He asked her, wondering if she could hear him over all the noise, but thankfully she showed up quickly in front of them both. "You got it!" She said loudly, she cast her magic, helping them float into the air and away from the monster. "We could stay to fight... but how can we beat something made of lava?!" He asked Seh'ethil, the monster roared loudly when it noticed them fly away to safety. It made Midna lose concentration on her magic and they fell down on bare land the lava didn't cover. They had to think fast to defeat this thing and stop the lava at the same time, then Link had another idea.
Using the same strategy on the zombies, he started to play another song. Clouds quickly rolled in and rain fell from the sky, a torrential downpour, which helped cool down everything. The beast screeched as the water cooled it down and it receded back into the volcano, the lava upon the ground stopped and solidified and the forest fire went out. The rain soon stopped after everything else calmed down, despite them all being wet and soggy, Link was relieved to finally feel peace. "Hehe, sorry again Seh'ethil..." he ringed his hat and then his cloak dry.

Seh'ethil nodded, understanding they were far too disadvantaged against this opponent to ever hope to defeat it. He was glad for Midna's help, but even in the urgency of things, he'd almost wished for a softer landing.
Once again, the elf found himself amazed by the music's power. He shook his head as if to silently say there was no need to apologize, and gave Link a hug. "If you could do that with that ocarina of yours, you should have done it sooner!" The elf said, although he was really just happy to have all of that trouble over with. He looked around to where they should continue heading to next, but seemed to lack a sense of direction this time.

"I wasn't thinking... 'cause I was still shocked by the immense size of that beast." He explained as he returned the hug. Midna gave them both a smile and she disappeared, returning Link's shadow. The sun was starting to go down, and he was pretty exhausted, "maybe we should set up camp in the woods and rest till morning" he walked down the path with Seh'ethil until there was a good looking patch of forest not affected by the fire and he ran into it. There was a bare and available patch of ground with some bushes around the trees and there were vines hanging from the said trees. "Here, you can make the beds and I'll go find you some food" he wandered off in search of food, he wanted to find something nutritious for Seh'ethil.
He found a small pond full of fish so he caught some with his bare hands and after a hour or so he came back with a few large fish wrapped in a giant leaf. When he placed it down back at camp he wandered off once more to find material for a fire, and after a half hour he came back with everything he needed. After 10 minutes the fire was ready and roaring and Link had almost finished preparing the fish to cook, "how are the beds coming Seh'ethil?" He asked as he scraped off the last fish's scales with his dagger.

Seh'ethil was glad for Link's descision, even though he wasn't sure how easy he'd rest with dinosaurs that could either trample them or make them lunch. He shouldn't have thought it much different from everyday life anywhere else, yet he did. The elf was used to all the other beasts that were native to the parts of land he'd lived in, even some more foreign. Dinosaurs seemed so strange to him though, and he was yet still bewildered by the complexity of their existence; unable to completely swallow such ideas as them having gone back in time. At least, Seh'ethil had to admit, the dinosaurs make so much noise walking up to them that if any came the archer would be awake to witness their ambush.
By the time Link had finished all of his chosen tasks, Seh'ethil was just barely finishing up the beds. It usually didn't take this long, but with the material he had to work with, it was hard. "They're coming," Seh'ethil tried to stay, apparently rather preoccupied with what he was doing. The elf was struggling with some vines, getting tangled up in them as he tried to cut some away; the rest tied into two structures that looked vaguely like hammocks up above, in the trees. Seh'ethil climbed a nearby tree to get to the last bed he was working on, fixing the vine he'd just been caught up in to it. "Finished," He mentioned, scaling down the tree part way then jumping the rest. The two beds were high enough in the air that some of the smaller predators wouldn't get in the way if they were just crossing undertow, yet low enough that no air born ones might cross their paths.
Seh'ethil took a look at what Link had caught for food, and instantly realized how hungry he'd been. He smiled softly and poked at the fire, to ensure it kept its flame. He was grateful that Link always found food, for surely he had no real need to - considering Link did not need to eat.

Using some spare and sturdy branches, he pierced the fish with them, he shoved forked branches into the ground around the fire to help balance the fish over it as they roasted to perfection. As they waited for the fish to cook, you could hear the strange animal's sounds and calls echoing through the forest, which grew less common after the sun went down and the moon rose up. "Its pretty peaceful here once you get past the bloodthirsty predators, huh?" He asked in a humorous way, laughing afterwards, sadly, he was disappointed about not having a good view of the night sky from camp.
He almost fell asleep during the waiting time, but the smell from the food woke him up, it was a sign that it was ready. He shook off the spare scales on the leaf and placed the cooked fish upon it, ready for Seh'ethil to eat. "Here you go, eat up, I'm heading to bed, good night Seh'ethil" Link jumped over and climbed the tree, he gently entered his hammock and started to fall asleep.

"It is," Seh'ethil agreed. Or, he felt it would be if he wasn't afraid of those predators showing up. He smiled, trying to reassure himself. He wondered if the smell of the fish cooking wouldn't attract carnivores, but he enjoyed the scent of it himself so much he didn't care.
"Thank you, Link," He said, taking a bite out of one of the fish. "Sleep well, friend," Seh'ethil added, once he'd swallowed the food, so he wasn't speaking with his mouthful. When the elf finished his meal, he tidied things up, and added some extra wood to the fire - assuming the flame would scare off most wild beast. Seh'ethil even went so far as to wonder a bit from their site, to dispose of the scraps, so they wouldn't attract anything wanted. He made it back without any trouble, and went to bed himself.
By morning, Seh'ethil could hear small little squeeks from under them. He peered down, with sleepy caution, and smiled slghtly at what he saw. There were tiny, hand-sized, fuzzy creatures with almost resembled monkies. Interestingly, none had bothered to climb the trees, or really disrupt the two beyond their tiny noises - despite that they seemed the climbing type. "Link, look!" Seh'ethil said softly, as not to scare them off. He repeated Link's name after, in attempts to ensure that he woke him up, if Link was still sleeping. The fire had dimmed down to small ambers amongst the charred wood, probably why the little things felt safe enough being around it.

"Whats wrong Seh'ethil...?" He asked mumbling, he slowly got up and rubbed his eyes, still sleepy, but he looked down and noticed the cute little creatures. However, his ears twitched, he heard some stomping in the distance, but it wasn't a T. Rex, it was a herd of dinosaurs. As they got closer, the shaking earth scared the small creatures away into the trees, the dinosaurs burst from the trees, more Raptors just like before. Link stayed quiet, hoping they wouldn't notice them and move on, but they stayed around their camp, ignoring the dim fire in the center, they poked their noses into the bushes, there were faint squeaks coming from the said bushes.
They camped inside a Raptor nest it seemed, since some small babies had walked out of the bushes, just newly hatched. Despite that they were dangerous carnivores, Link couldn't help but smile at the beauty and cute looking nature of their offspring. A loud screech came from the right side of the nest, the other Raptors walked back as one entered, it was huge and green, with brown stripes across its back to its tail, it had brown spines from the top of its head to about halfway down its neck. Its claws were blood red, along with its eyes, symboling it had a dark spirit, along with the evil aura Link could see around the creature. He assumed it was their leader, as all its followers would step out of his path, their leader checked on his new offspring, but he soon stopped and sniffed the air.
It turned around and caught sight of them both in the tree, it let out a screech, catching the attention of his followers. Link could feel its rage filled stare, like it knew he had killed the Raptors from yesterday, he ran up and smacked the tree with its tail, snapping it in two like a twig. "Seh'ethil, Jump!" Link shouted, he jumped from his bed into a nearby tree that had the little monkeys in it with Seh'ethil behind, he watched their tree fall to the ground. It let out another angry screech and snapped their new tree in the same way, this time the monkeys jumped first and ran away through the trees. "Lets follow them Seh'ethil! Climb onto my back before we fall!" Seh'ethil did as he was told and Link jumped after the monkeys, just in time.
The Raptors, even their babies, ran after them all, determined to kill and devour them. "Nice way to start the morning!" Link shouted in frustration.

Seh'ethil couldn't believed they managed to keep a peaceful night, considering it was now clear they'd rested in a raptor's nest. He heeded Link's warning and jumped from the falling tree, barely getting his grip with the next one before the raptor knocked it down as well.
"Wonderful!" Seh'ethil agreed, in sarcasm. He had to wonder what he'd do without Link's acrobatics, seeing as he couldn't make most of these jumps himself, at least certainly not in time to avoid becoming dinosaur chow. He had more liking for the little monkies as they led the two to safety, although he wasn't sure if they weren't just waiting to see if he and Link didn't get eaten off and distract the raptors from their trail.
The elf had just barely caught a few glimpses of the lead raptor, realizing something was terribly off about it. Even if he wasn't familiar with dinosaurs, the kind of air it gave off, and its appearance, he knew it wasn't right. He figured Link had already noticed himself, so he felt no need to point it out - especially considering now wasn't really the time. The monkies ended up leading the two to a high up cave, hidden in the trees. Seh'ethil would have never noticed it from down below, and even up in the trees it was rather camouflaged by vines.
Most of the little furry creatures took refuge in the depths of the cave, disappearing within. A few stuck around though, motioning for Link and Seh'ethil to follow. Seh'ethil got off Link's back, moving towards the entrance but not far from the ledge. The raptors were already trying to reach them, and it was proving a struggle for them. Seh'ethil got out his bow, aiming an arrow out at the crowd of carnivores. Despite the danger of these predators, he didn't want to kill them all, nor did he think he could. He was looking strictly for the leader, hoping Link might be able to spot him as well.
With no clear view of their leader, and the raptors progressing quickly on getting up, their snapping jaws coming dangerously close to the edge, Seh'ethil chose to withdraw into the cave. There was still one or two monkies who were waiting, probably against their better instinct. It was interesting these little creatures held such intelligence that they could even considering another being, yet along guide them along and selflessly accompany them as they did. The elf could already hear noise of other creatures, probably a lot less harmful, on the other side of the cave; it meant it was a passage. Because of how strong the trees and rock were, there was no way the raptors would be able to go around; although they seemed to be getting damn close to climbing up and coming through the passage themselves.
When Seh'ethil almost hit the other side he saw what was basically a dinosaur utopia, full of what mostly appeared to be herbivores, or at least creatures that wouldn't cause them as much trouble as those like the raptors or t-rex. He looked back to Link, to see if he'd come.

Link knew the leader was possessed by a dark spirit, he wanted to remove it and kill it, but too many of his followers were with him to do it, he'd get killed if he just attacked their leader and no others. He stomped on the ground in front of the raptors with all his strength, shaking the earth and breaking it apart, making it impossible for the raptors to reach them, thankfully the cave path had no damage, so he ran inside to catch up with the others. "Finally... free of those pests" Link said, wiping the sweat off his forehead, he took a look at the lush, green land that the herbivores called home, it was a beautiful place, but he was hoping to finally see some houses and people.
"I'm starting to wonder if theres any people at all beyond this land..." Link said, sounding disappointed, "what should we do now, Seh'ethil? I can't sense any humans besides you and me... for many, MANY miles around."

"I'm tired of humans, anyway," Seh'ethil joked. In actuality he was rather disappointed himself of other beings absence, he'd never be a particularly social creature but he didn't care to go without contact of others completely, either. At least he had Link and Midna to keep him company amongst the dinosaurs, it'd be quite lonely without them.
Seh'ethil took a look around, trying not to get sucked in to the distracting beauty of the prehistoric beasts enjoying themselves around them. He even looked behind, like he was almost fearful still of the raptors making it up here, even with Link's efforts. "We.. keep moving," the elf said, almost pointlessly. The vast amount of land infront of them offered no clear path, so it was anyone's guess as to where. Just as the archer was about to make a random descision at where to move forward, their answer - a tiny monkey guide, appeared infront of them.
It made its little squeaking noise and motioned for them to follow, and although Seh'ethil had no idea where it might want to take them, he figured it couldn't hurt to go along. It jumped down into a tree and then the ground, and the archer managed to jump down after it. The two followed the monkey through mostly bush, avoiding most larger dinosaurs who were snacking on the foliage. It felt like they were just going through the same thing over and over again, although there were small variations in the environment.
It had to be over an hour later before the monkey stopped, the little thing seemed a bit tired. It shooed them forward, where, beyond a bunch of bush, was a long, more clear path. Seh'ethil looked in his pack to see if he couldn't find anything to thank the little guy, and ended up handing him a shiny little gem - which it instantly took interest in. It scurried off with its new treasure, probably having to make the trek back to where ever its specific home laid in this utopia. The trail infront of them could have led on forever, and the elf figured they'd never know if it did or not if they didn't start following its path. "At least we know which way to go," Seh'ethil commented, walking onwards.
There were a few obstacles in the trail, such as split roads and covered path, but all ended up leading to the same spot once they got passed them. Eventually, surrounded in a thicket of trees, laid a village. There was a larger opening on the side they were on, where the path led into the village, and another on its opposing side; which was much smaller. That smaller path was presumably the exit. This village was constructed differently than the last, perhaps a bit more advanced, and made of the wood of the trees instead of stone. The elf was about to sigh as he knew this one would be abandoned, too, especially with Link not having sensed any other beings around. He held that sigh, though, when he saw a sign sticking up part way through the path. The elf ran over to it, interested to see the writing was not in some ancient, unknown language to him this time. It was in Evlish.
It took Seh'ethil a second to read it, the sign was worn and the writing might have been in his native tongue - but it was such a butchered variant of it, it became very hard to translate. "I think... it says they moved on," Seh'ethil mentioned. At least that meant these villagers hadn't been turned to ghosts or monster chow. There was this sort of spark of interest in wondering if they weren't elves, yet although they were in prehistoric times, he soon assumed they were not. From the architecture of the building, the poorly written script, he just didn't think they'd be much more than humans. Not to mention, even abandoned habitats like these tended to have a sense of magic about them, something this one didn't possess, a thing that places lacked when regular human beings lived there. The archer shook his head, there was some form of directions on the sign, but he couldn't make it out.
"Shall we continue on?" He asked, almost wishing they'd find the new village that'd been set up. It was probably located so far away from this one, though, that it'd be hard to ever find. Seh'ethil still had some hopes.

"I'm nervous about the Raptor leader Seh'ethil... hes possessed by another dark spirit, I can tell by its dark aura. I can't leave until I know its disposed of... wouldn't you wish to do the same thing? Yes, I know they hunt down and eat other dinosaurs but they're still living things that deserve peace too, since they're only doing what comes naturally. I can feel its presence nearby, but its moving south, possibly back to its nest site, I'm sure if we stay undercover we can grab him, remove and kill the spirit, then let him be and run for it back here. Sound like a plan?" He held out his hand for a confirming handshake, "I promise you won't get eaten" he said, almost laughing.

Seh'ethil laughed at Link's promise, but took his outstretched hand and shook it firmly. "If I become dinosaur food, I'll end up haunting you, Link," He joked. The elf had almost forgotten about the raptors altogether, but now that Link had brought the leader up, and he recalled that eerie feeling he received around it - beyond that of normal, he knew they had to go after it.
It'd taken a while to backtrack, but they'd almost made it to their destination. Seh'ethil looked towards Link, the elf didn't quite remember the rest of the way back to the nest on his own; assuming Link would. A few of the monkies had come back out of the utopia, or maybe it was just ones that hadn't made it - and they were peaking out at them from the trees. "Even in such old times creatures are being possessed..." Seh'ethil said, with a slight sigh. It was unfair how such things spread so easily.

"Its strange... we've seen the same thing happen to a lot of people and creatures, I want to know where these spirits come from, so we can annihilate the source." They were just outside the raptor nest, he could hear screeching and grunting, like their leader was speaking to them, but then he heard a small screech and a disgusting squishing sound. He peeked through the bushes, their leader had killed and eaten one of his newborn children, the blood on his face and on the ground was evidence of that. "That sick bastard..." Link whispered to Seh'ethil, "we gotta save their babies" Link moved to a better spot in the bushes, doing his best to not make a noise so he could sneak attack their leader.
He grabbed one of his daggers and filled it with light energy, he then grabbed the leader raptor's tail and dragged him back into the bushes just enough to stab the dagger into his forehead. In a burst of light the spirit flew out with a painful shriek and fell on the ground in front of the other raptors, their leader passed out, falling outside the bushes. Link had to think fast or else the spirit would get away, so he grabbed an empty bottle and jumped from his hiding place, he scooped up the spirit, capped the bottle, and used the Triforce's power to make sure it couldn't escape. He grew nervous at this moment, but the raptors didn't attack him, like they knew he didn't kill their leader, only saved him.
Link hesitantly waved good-bye and ran back into the bushes, jumping over their leader and joining Seh'ethil. "Lets get out of here... now" he ran back to the direction of the Utopia as fast as he could with the spirit in his hand.

Seh'ethil nodded, whatever or whoever was causing people and creatures to be possessed was something he'd wanted to find out too. If they knew, they could pursue and defeat them. The elf didn't have as much concern or care as Link did for these dinosaur's children, yet he still got that sort of sickening feeling in his stomach as he saw it happen. The sight came with reflection on bad memories, which only further made his stomach churn.
As Link leaped out to free the raptor of its curse, Seh'ethil readied an arrow for cover - incase anything went wrong. He'd have followed Link out into their numbers if he'd thought it'd do any good, but in this case he figured he'd just be in the way, and would be more useful from the distance. The archer ran back with Link without another glance, and it was only when they'd made it back to the utopia that he noticed the raptors hadn't gave chase. He sighed in relief, then looked towards the bottle Link had, curiously. "You're keeping it?" He asked, already comprehending it was the essence of the spirit Link had in the container - although he didn't exactly understand how.
The two continued on through the utopia, managing to re-find the path they'd previously taken to the second abandoned village, walking along it slowly.

"This may sound crazy, but I was planning on making it spill the location from where it came from... if it would talk!" Link shook the bottle rapidly, "talk damn it! Can you even speak?" The spirit growled at him, "yes I can you idiot! But, no matter what you do I won't talk!" Its voice was demonic and throaty. "Oh really?" Link asked him, "yes really!" Link started to walk over to the dinosaur's watering hole, he looked down into the water, it was deep and dark, "what if I drop you down there? You'd be stuck here forever and probably get eaten by a fish!" The spirit scoffed, "I like dark places, I'm a spirit of darkness after all! I still won't talk!" He was bluffing, he didn't want to get eaten, but he still wanted to mess around.
"Very well then" Link let go of the bottle, but in mid-fall the spirit yelled "alright! Alright! I'll talk!" So Link quickly grabbed him, "I was created by a wizard you might know, his name is Agahnim!" Link looked confused, "who's Agahnim?" The spirit sighed frustratingly, "he was one of Ganon's followers, until you defeated his master! Now he declares himself the new ruler of the world, and uses us as his minions to take over anyone that has a higher power. Anything that is a leader of something is possessed by us so we can rip apart their society, its actually quite fun!" Link shook the bottle once more, "its not fun! That's awful, now get back on topic!"
The spirit grumbled, "no matter how many times you defeat one of us, another will be put back in its place eventually, who knows, maybe some spirits you destroyed are back already!" Its smiled evilly, then Link once again shook the bottle, "just tell me where Agahnim is!" The spirit blinked at him, "where do you think he is? Hes in Hyrule, you moron!" The shock from hearing such a sentence made Link drop the bottle, but it landed on the ground unharmed, the spirit sighed with relief. He picked up the bottle and attached it to his belt, "you're coming with us, for now" Link was still a bit surprised, it took him two years to get this far away from Hyrule on foot alone, he had no idea how to get back in time before Agahnim takes over the world.
"I... I dunno what to do now... do I head back home after two years of disappearing, or just continue on? Seh'ethil... what do you think?" The answer should've been obvious, but Link was so confused he couldn't think straight.

Seh'ethil laughed lightly as the spirit rather pathetically gave into Link's demands after almost being dropped, considering it'd just claimed it wouldn't have minded. Although, when he listened to what it said, he stopped his laughter and straightened up. He almost didn't believe what he was hearing, at least probably not anymore than Link believed it. The elf knew his friend must have been shocked, and he could even further tell of the clear uncertainty when Link asked him what to do.
Seh'ethil shook his head, staring towards the ground. "I'll follow you no matter what you do, Link. In the end its up to you. I understand if you don't want to go, but..." He paused, lifting his head to look Link in the eye, putting his hand on Link's shoulder as he continued to speak. "...You have to go."
The archer knew it'd be hard for Link to do, hard to return to and face that past he'd run away from. Yet, he also believed that even if his friend didn't go, even if he didn't do this, it was inevitable that it'd happen sometime. He felt that no matter what, you'd always end up where you started - with enough time. "First, though.. We have to find a way out of here!" Seh'ethil mentioned, smiling light heartedly. He glanced to the bottled spirit. "Don't think it knows a way out?" He asked, starting to walk along slowly.

"You're right Seh'ethil... I can no longer hide from Hyrule like a coward, I guess I'm not as brave and strong as I was before I died..." He looked down at the spirit on his belt, "do you?" He asked it, it took a moment to ponder, "well, when I was sent here, the whole place was surrounded by mountains, I didn't see any clear way past them, unless you can fly." Link looked up into the sky, he heard some distant screeching coming from behind him, when he looked, he noticed two large Pterodactyls flying their way. He quickly ran into the trees and grabbed the two strongest vines he could grab, he then tied the ends into loops and spun them over his head, he threw them as they flew past all three, their heads went through the loops.
He pulled as fast as he could and tightened the loops, catching the two dinosaurs, they screeched and struggled as Link pulled them down to Earth. Keeping ahold of both vines, he managed to tire them out, and soon, they were both tamed, knowing they wouldn't fly away now, he ran back into the trees to get them food. He came back with a large piles of leaves for them and they ate them without hesitating, cautiously Link climbed onto one of their backs, it ignored him and continued eating. "Try it Seh'ethil" he said, pointing to the available Pterodactyl, "its not so bad, think of it as a flying horse."

Seh'ethil looked at the pterodactyls with a sort of cautious fear. He stepped around it slowly, --even after Link had proven they were tamed-- very carefully climbing onto its back. "A flying horse..." He repeated, like in attempts to reassure himself. Really, he didn't trust these creatures, but assumed there was no other choice. If the sky truly was the way out, he wondered if pterodactyls couldn't leave to bother people outside of this place. Yet, he figured the things had stuck to more inward territories like this one, so they wouldn't have caused that trouble.
Once the elf felt comfortable enough on the winged dinosaur, he looked at Link, as if for permission for them to go. Seh'ethil started to pet the pterodactyl lightly, hoping it'd help keep it calm and prove some form of friendliness - but it shook its head, probably not much liking the gesture. Seh'ethil stopped, not wanting to anger it - considering what happened when a horse bucked you off, he didn't want to imagine getting kicked off of this thing in the sky.

"If there was an easier way to get back I'd use it, but this is our only option" he tried to focus, using the Triforce's power, he was looking for the best direction to get back to Hyrule, hoping that sensing the other Triforce pieces with his own could help guide him there. He then sensed the power of the others, it came from the east, so he used the vine to point his Pterodactyl to the east, he hit his heels against it's sides around its belly, it let out a short screech and started to flap its wings, lifting into the air. "Come on Seh'ethil!" The Pterodactyl flew off to the east, over the forests and mountains, it was truly a beautiful view, up so high in the air, he hoped Seh'ethil wouldn't freak out though, being up so high.

Seh'ethil nodded, knowing what Link said was the truth. They had to use these pterodactyl's to reach their destination. He followed Link's example and his pterodactyl flew up, Seh'ethil keeping a steady hold in fear of falling off. It took a while for the elf to get used to it, feeling a little shy of such an unstable height, yet when he did, the sight below them was breath taking. He took a while to admire it, before glancing around the sky, realizing how free and peaceful everything seemed from up here. He still preferred the quiet forests he'd been previously accustom to, but this really wasn't so bad.
Eventually Seh'ethil noticed a different breed of winged dinosaur following them, it looked much similar to those they were riding on - with a few different traits. He couldn't imagine what it wanted, and the pterodactyl he was riding on seemed a bit distressed by its presence. The elf got out his bow, turning to aim an arrow at it, in case it caused any trouble. As he did, it let out a screech, and the one he was riding on hit what seemed like an air bump at its panic from the noise. Seh'ethil lost his balance and fell off, sure this was his end. Luckily, though, his pterodactyl swooped down and grabbed the elf with its talons.
The elf dropped his bow in surprise, watching it fall, only glad that it wasn't him. He smiled up at the winged dinosaur he'd been riding, greatful it'd recaught him, and even more greatful when it dived and saved his bow in its beak. The pterodactyl slowed its glide till it ended up behind the one that'd been tailing them, allowing Seh'ethil time to climb back onto its back. He was amazed this creature even had the sense to have done all this, although knew he shouldn't have underestimated it. He took back his bow from its jaws, thanked it quietly, and aimed another arrow at the unknown one that'd been following. "What do you think it wants?" He shouted to Link.
