What is the site policy for starting an art contest whose prize is not site gold or items? Not real world money, obviously, but how about online gift vouchers for, say, Amazon? Does that go against any rules I've overlooked?

The reason is that we have younger users and something like this may require the users to give information such as email addresses or mailing addresses. Our responsibility lies with protection of the users.
