I just joined today.
Seems like a rather cute place over here! Im so glad I found it.
Please help me, I don't really know a lot about this place, any tips would be appreciated. Especially how to get money - since as you can see I still wander without clothes... :p

You will gain money by posting in the forums, playing games, or by winning contests such as the "Admin's Pick" avatar contest. You can get some starter clothing for 30gold at the Hot _____ store, i can't remember the last part of the name ._.
Well welcome to Menewsha. Hope you enjoy your time. The longer the posts, the more gold you will get. If you use proper grammar, you will also get more gold. So take the time to type out "you" instead of typing "u" ^.^

It is indeed Hot Gossip, and you can find lovely things there, in addition to the sack cloth tunic which you will find many newbies wearing. I make it look good, don't you think? ;)

While longer posts will indeed earn you more gold, make sure that you do stay on-topic while you're posting. I could, for instance, type up a lecture on how to make a mint julep, right here, but it would be wildly off-topic, and therefore, just plain wrong.

The sack cloth tunic is 30 gold, at Hot Gossip. You can make that in a game of Tetris. :cool:

Well, maybe one of the other games will work out better for you. Interestingly, they seem to run on your local machine, so I found on my 8-year-old iBook I could run a pretty good hand on Chopper Challenge, but on my uncle's new, fast computer, I just face-plant right into the first wall I come to!

TIP:
Play snake on difficulty "Worm (The 2nd one)" and then go to 950, and then quit, so you will get the max 10gold. You can play 50x a day and you will get 500 gold a day :D!

Seriously, play games. The more you play them, the better you'll get. I can't lay claim to the 500g in two hours, but I've made a hundred in an hour, playing tetris and asteroids. You may not be very good to start, but as you practice, you'll get better, and getting better means more gold per game!

Play Snake on "Worm" difficulty, go to 1001 points, and stop.
You'll get 10gold everytime :)
It seems hard, but it is REALLY fast

The problem is getting to 1001 points. I suck at that game! :cool:
