My mother pissed off Santa this year. He all but skipped over our house. D:

...no, seriously. The entire family hardly got anything this year, and it very seriously was her fault; she refused to give anyone time for shopping.

But...I did get a nice satin coat, two pairs of socks, and a safety talisman necklace (I am a geek for symbols like that, so it made me pretty happy) from my parents, and a really nice shirt from my boss/mother's friend.

My mother, however, cleaned up. My dad and I got her a ton of stuff just because we were HOPING to shut her the hell up...sadly, that failed miserably. >.>;

We didn't have much money to spend on gifts this year, but I got some nice things. There was a small candy sampler, some gum, a pretty blue pair of pajamas, and my personal favorite, a toy snake. My mom kept hearing me talk about how much I wanted a snake, and because we can't afford a real one, she stopped by the gift shop in the state park she works at. She picked me up a stuffed animal copperhead. He's much more fuzzy and cuddly than I imagine a real copperhead would be. xD

It gave me a laugh. She was right when she said I'd never be able to guess what it was. I think it was a pretty cool gift. I also really appreciate the pajamas too. One of my mom's coworker's knew about the money situation and bought some things for each of us. The pajamas were my gift.

I got a little bit of money from my friends too.

santa skipped my house too, but that was our choice.

we got ourselves a new laptop and an xbox360. i also got a huge hamper thing from my boss along with a fifty dollar gift card for myer, so i look forward to spending that ^_^

I didn't get anything,but cash and some juice boxes from my mom. The juice boxes were more of a joke than anything though. I don't celebrate Christmas any more so I didn't expect to get anything from anyone but my mom.

We got Guitar Hero world tour! I claimed the guitar..... Oh yes, on the subjetc to naughty/nice, my grandparents asked my little brother if he was good this year. he never says yes, so he says "no!"........uh oh. .....But he still got presents. (ok, it was funnier when I tell about it in person)

I was dissapointed with Santa this year.
He went cheap on the stockings.~
We usually have these giant hand-made sotckings filled up sitting on the couch.

I let Santa know that was a bummer.
And that he should just fill our giant stockings with stuff from the dollar store next year. xP

It was a good Christmas.
All I really wanted was a new cell phone and a tablet.

And my Uncle Bobby (close family friend) gave me one dollar.

Then he gave me fifty from my auntie Fran who couldn't come to visit this year!


I'm definately going to have to take a trip to the bank. And deposit the present from Auntie Fran.

I got a coffee machine, one that you can make all kinds of coffee with, it's awesome I've been on a caffeine rush all christmas :insane:
Also got a brand spanking new cellphone which I really needed, I was using a borrowed one lols.

And I also got an ungodly amount (20 pair) socks from gran o_O
