It all started with the Swiss Army Knife. A handy little gadget that contained a knife, a corkscrew, a file, a pair of scissors, and the all handy toothpick.
Now there's several brands and types of multi-tools, with accessories ranging from the incredibly useful to the strangely useless.
I was just wondering if I had any fellow admirers of this wonderful invention that makes oh-so-many lives easier.
(My favorite is my Gerber Multi-tool. The Pliers snap out if you shake it just right.)

I will admit I love my Swiss Army Knife. It's so great in random situations. I have an old Boy Scout one from my older brother.

I've never used one but I hear they're rather handy. I might invest in one.

I have a swiss army knife I got it in 1st or 2nd grade, I love it. I still have it, the tooth pick is broken age finally crumbled it. I use the nail filer the most.

<3 multi-tools. :]
I have a cheap knock-off one... It was probably like a dollar somewhere or whatever. Knife, file (brilliant!), scissors, toothpick (I suppose - I use it as a lockpick, hah!), and tweezers.
I do want one that has pliers in it as well, though, because I make jewelry frequently, and a lot of what I do involves pliers, but it's inconvenient to carry them around as they are. Folded up all nice, though, they'd be a lot easier to keep on-hand at all times. :]

I have one that has a screw driver in it along with some scissors and pliers. I love it to death and carry it everywhere with me. Before that I had just a standard Swiss army knife, which was really useful too before I broke the blade off the knife.

I have one. My uncle has done technical theater for many years, and swears by his. So I got one, a Gerber. I got one of the ones that has a bit socket, and you can put different screwdriver bits in it. It's very nice, and I've used it to take apart things at school that weren't meant to be taken apart by students. >8)

I have the ultimate multi-tool. It does everything from fixing sinks to fixing my skateboard that had been broken forever, to fixing the squeak in my desk chair. It even give good back rubs...oh, it's called a bf, lol.
P.S. did I mention it also kills bugs?
