I can hold back. I know how to remain within the terms of service here. But if we really want to push it, then we can always do some IM rping. How's that?
Hello ^^
I enjoy gay/lesbian pairings more than heteronormative ones, but other than that I think I am fairly flexible (no pairing is also fine). My biggest concern is with the story itself, that it remains interesting and moves forward. I enjoy playing as male, female, or anything in between. I have a bad habit of not saving my rp sessions, so the exampe I'm posting is probably not necessarily the best, but hopefully provides some idea of how my first posts tend to be. What else to say...? I write in paragraphs, try to spellcheck and don't mind moving to IMs if need be!
Let me know if you're interested.

It was a streak of sunlight that woke Nia, a glowing line that fell between her arm from the arm of another. A barrier of light, a warning not to tiptoe her tingling fingers across it to the girl that was asleep beside her. Her friend's hair burned brighter than the sun, its blonde locks lit by the rays of dawn. The night had changed nothing; she was still in love with the girl who shared her bed like a sister, and that girl was still oblivious.
Nia retreated from the bed, a soft goodbye hissing from her skin as it slid across the sheets. She had passed out in her schoolclothes and her stickly fingers tucked and tugged at them until she looked composed. Nia stood before the mirror, consulting its grim reflection. She stared blankly at the eyeshadow-smeared girl that appeared, bone-white, slender, and unapologetically wasted. "You look disgusting," she addressed herself in a sour tone, "dirty and ugly like always."
In one easy movement, she slung her schoolbag over her shoulder and returned to the bedroom, pausing unsteadily in the doorway. She scratched her knuckles against its frame and waited for her friend to awaken.
I've been a bit uninspired, lately, so I'm afraid that I don't have any really fresh ideas at the moment, and so I truly hope you might have some ideas stored away!
The themes you listed all sound very fun, with the exception of sci-fi (my knowledge of science is flimsy) and vampires (since it is hard to do them well).
Perhaps one of these combinations?
- Romance/Fantasy/Master&Slave - Modern/Family/Horror(or psychological) -Romance/Modern/School
Have you read Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro? The wiki page pretty much explains the whole story if you haven't:
The story takes place in a dystopian Britain, in which human beings are cloned to provide donor organs for transplants. Kathy and her classmates have been created to be donors, though the adult Kathy is temporarily working as a "carer," someone who supports and comforts donors as they are made to give up their organs and, eventually, submit to death.
I didn't enjoy the book and wouldn't want to use the author's characters, but the concept would be interesting to play with - perhaps a clone might meet his/her "original", or two donors-to-be discover their fate and try to escape, etc...
I wonder what you had in mind for supernatural, as well.
You know, it's so ironic, because that book is on the summer reading list for my literature class I'm taking next year. XD But that sounds like a fascinating concept. A good psychological storyline, indeed. Sounds very much like a combination of The Island and The House of the Scorpion. Intriguing.
I like the idea of the clone meeting the original, not as cliche as the 'escape' archetype of storyline. However, a storyline might be harder to build under that circumstance; where's the plot? It might just be better to have the two donors.... What do you think?
