How do you buy things in the Exchange? I am still a little lost there.

You need to post a thread, you can only have one but you can edit it and change it whenever, you can ask to buy it and hope someone will come by to sell you it. Or you can go to someones already made thread who are offering to sell their shield or other items.

I think it's because so many of us were here & got a lot of stuff we're still trying to sell off so there's a surplus. *sheepish* But I suck with economies so I could be wrong. ;)

Basically you can create a thread to sell or buy items, or you can do what I do and browse everyone else's thread for items that you want / need.

I've never been in the exchange, can't be bothered with it.

creating a thread of your own requires work for it to be successful. Otherwise it will fall down among all the other threads and get lost. You have to be around to bump it up (legally! same rules for that forum too), and get people to chat with you there or it will get lost. If I really wanted something that bad, I'd browse to see what others were selling and try to buy from them instead.

And having said all THAT... the truth is that I get lost there too and don't really um try to buy or sell there. I have a friend who helped me get the sword that I do have. :lol:

Owwie. My tooth has been killing me for the past couple days, and now, I'm pretty sure that it's infected. I can hardly eat, and it hurts to swallow, let alone to yawn. :( Probably the only good news is that it's a wisdom tooth, of which I still have all four. :sweat: Perhaps now would be a good time to see the dentist about treating this one, and perhaps getting it removed, of course after figuring out what's really going on, and not just supposition.

Insomniac wasn't feeling well recently, so the AAs were late in getting the final results. We need him to program something, so the results are delayed until he gets that done. I expect it'll be done tomorrow, depending on when he gets online and stuff. :yes:
