I'm generally more the type of person who likes to type things out.
I use "lol", simply because it's now so firmly in the public use that everybody knows what it means. Also because typing it out sounds weird.

I rarely use any of the abbreviations.

^_^ I decided to change to my Halloween outfit a little early since I'll probably change it as soon as I get my mitts on the event shop goodies once the event starts.

I like to imagine every time someone types 'lol' they really are sitting laughing out loud. Especially when it shows up at the end of every sentence. XD

Sometimes they're laughing really manically for no apparent reason. I'm used to my friends on MSN typing something perfectly reasonable then adding 'lol' on the next line, almost as an afterthought.

Like they thought the sentence was missing something and had no idea what so just stuck anything quick down. :XD

Yeah, I just use it when I really want to show I'm laughing. It's probably because I don't text.

I tend to say heh or use the XD face. Even if I find something hilarious, if I'm sitting in a room by myself it takes a lot for me to laugh out loud.

I text but I still write it all out. :XD

I don't text, but lol has been around a very very long time.
Back in the days when we had the simple text bulletin boards... before the "Internet".

They're pretty. I should probably state I have a quest in my signature, so I'm more determined to stick to it.

I tried a quest thread, nobody posted in it though. It's down in the depths of the quest forum ignored and unloved. I still look at it every so often and update it. It's kind of just like a little wishlist for myself. Plus I put links in it direct to the buy thing from the shops so i don't need to go searching through them when I can afford something. :XD

Oh, that's useful. I don't even mean a thread, just a little thing saying I'm on a quest for the viola wings and other stuff. I guess I'll go do that now.

I figure that since those wings are in the shop, they'll be around forever...

Yeah, that's why I haven't got them yet. First it was yumeh ears then it was bleeding hearts belt then I got white heartface fox. :XD

There's always something else....
But I play the games up to 500 gold everyday, and it adds up after awhile...
