Jean, I am not sure what I want from the store, if anything at all. So in the mean time I am making tokens and helping people get the things they really want.

Consider me Santa's little helper, only after the fact.

Ate the rest of my left over pizza for dinner. Talk about being a junk food loving bum. This is my last week of eating whatever I want before changing my bad eating habits and losing weight. Oh boy.

You saw my outfit before, the gold red and black...that was holiday-ish. This is what I am wearing for my birthday month...which is this month. So excited!

So how old is our Queenie going to be?

I had leftover pizza tonight too...

I'm starting to gain again, so I need to cut back.

I will be 28. This is the year that I want to start trying for kids and at my current weight of 270 that's not the best idea, so it's time to lose that 100 pounds that just keeps hanging on. We could lose together Jean!

I've lost 45 lbs since last April, when I was diagnosed with diabetes.
I would like to lose another 30.

It's great that you're thinking of having kids. It's going to be so discouraging to lose all that weight and then gain it back when you're pregnant! But it would sure be more healthful for you and the baby.

Any encouragement or help we can give, let us know!

why is it that whenever I even think about getting food, I end up doing some sort of chore? it's happened dozen's of times since I came home!!

I have faith that the weight gain will not be terrible during pregnancy. My friend actually lost weight during her pregnancy because they diagnosed her with gestational diabetes so she cut out all the things that were not good for her, breads and what not.
The plan I am starting reteaches me how to eat, when to eat and what to eat. Plus there is a toning program that comes with it. Uber excited to start this new plan. My doctor approved it.

I will definitely let you know when I need the assistance. Thankfully Rodd is good about getting my butt in gear and having me walk every other night.

You must look to accessible to your family, Kat!
Just tell them you have some homework that you need to do, and disappear inside your room...

Paper is always a good source of fiber. Fill you up for awhile and make you poop real good.

I always thought I was a good ninja. I'm very sneaky. I think it's a brainwave thing though. the parents just know when I'm after food and make me work for it!

Bummer about the brainwaves. Can you wait until they are asleep, perhaps?

Just remember that chip bags are more hassle then they are worth and to not drop anything in the sink or on the counter. Midnight snacking was always a hobby of mine. Not anymore, but when I was younger.
