that's probably true, jean. I think when people I've met online show up in a dream, they resemble a mix of their avi style and what I happen to know about them.

I have yet to meet up with anyone real life. I'm sad about that.

The first person I ever met up with is AlbaRosaria...I think that's her username on here. XD But then...I DID go to school with her...and that's where I met her first. LOL

Yeah...I met her in middle school through common friends. Now she is my best friend. XD

There are a few old college friends I wouldn't mind meeting up with again.
But I have no idea where they are or if they changed their names (got married).

I have quite a few rl friends on here actually. I convinced them all to join, but only Wingsy is actually active around here.

Every now and then I google them, but it never comes up with anything.

I should try googling my actual name...but my name is so common though. :(

The first hit with my name is someone at Ithaca College. XD

i google my real name and I can only find my facebook page.

lol, I googled my name, and it picked up my sister inlaw's birth record.

She and I have the same first name.

If I google my maiden name it picks up my graduation from college...that's about all the records it has of me with that name.

I haven't gotten my host yet. that's the next step in the effort of making myself a website.

I just sold stuff at shows and things like that.

A few years ago hubby was looking at domain names, and found that one was taken. But when he looked it up, they said they would be glad to SELL it to us.

I guess somebody grabbed any name of people who had DBA's in the state, thinking they could make a profit selling people domains with their business names.

We just forgot about it. This year hubby found that it was available, so he snatched it up. Just in case I ever decide to resurrect my business.

I will be going back to where I was getting my hosting before I dropped it because I couldn't afford to renew it. HostMonster is a very good host. :D So I will definitely be a returning customer. :D
