Fast food, not good for me. Over weight as it is and I have been behaving. Now that it's been consumed... wished I had just cooked. Darn it.

That sucks Jean that there is not cut off button easily accessible for times like this.

There are these sugar-free vanilla wafer cookies.
Once I start eating them I can't stop.

Then later I'm "Oh WHY did I EAT those?"

Impulse control issues, definitely my problem. If it's good, I will eat it. Right now, feeling kind of like a heifer for eating the cheeseburger and curly fries.

I am never without something chocolately in my house.

I've started buying sugar free chocolate chips.

They're every bit as good as the sugar free chocolate you buy in the fancier stores.

Once all the junk food is out, there will be no more bought and brought home. Terrible, but got to do what I got to do. Ugh, feeling really full. Hoping that a burp will make me feel less full.

I let hubby do most of the shopping.
He never buys junk food.

If he buys chips for himself, he puts them on the top shelf of the cupboard.
I can't reach them there!

I never get full eating fast food. they give you so little food.

A McDonald's MdDouble, small fries, and $1 soft drink (large cup) is what I usually get, and it costs $3.25.

Can't beat that.
But I rarely eat it all.

the chicken sandwiches are always really tiny and with nothing on them.

I get full off of fast food. And some places I can't even finish the fries.

I like to just eat the fries.
