Tonight I'm making a cottage cheese and noodle casserole, with glazed carrots, and steamed green beans! I've never tried this cottage cheese recipe before so I'm excited to see how it turns out!

@Antinus -- Ooo, cooking with cottage cheese really is great. I have a couple cottage cheese casseroles and dips I like. If only people knew how versatile it was! =D

I want a pesto pizza or at least a magherita pizza with a super thin crust. I might just make a veggie burger though. They have lemon cake mix on clearance at the store. So I'll pick up a couple boxes on the way home. I baked one with it last night. Normally I hate mixes, but clearance is clearance and the lemon cake was surprisingly tasty. You could tell it wasn't from scratch, though. ._.

I am really in the mood for some delicious cheese stuffed meatloaf, with a side of mashed potatoes smothered in butter and also some baked beans too. M'mm just thinking about it is making me drool!

Right now, I want some more of the Black Magic Cake I made. It's soooo good and has coffee and coco in it.

I kind of want a Shopska Salad right now. Not sure what I'll make for dinner, but it'll be in that realm. I have a bunch of cherry tomatoes I want to finish off before they get too ripe.

Yum! It's homemade leftovers (frozen), but will taste just as good as when it was fresh!)

i had. pasta noodles, with potatos that were mashed. i had potroast with carrots in it cooled only half way so they werent soggy but not completely solid i had diet coke with it and then had some ice cream

I had a burrito with corn and black bean salad. I made the salad, it was not bad but nothing outstanding. It's always good to try new recipes out though.

Later I think I will just have something simple and not spicy as I feel those hot peppers coming back to haunt me. ._.

A big salad with croutons and eggs sounds good to me. But it has to be filled to the brim with dark leafy greens and needs enough dressing to wet all the leaves. Ahhh~
But the last meal I ate was a simple peanut butter sandwich and a glass of milk. D':

Oooooh. I think Chicken Noodle Soup would be great, with some grilled cheese. A plain and simple supper for me. :)

During hot weather all I really feel like eating is some sort of whitefish, salad or a piece of extra thin crust pizza. Well, and popsicles, but they don't really count. Anyway, aiming for whitefish and a spinach salad later.

I'm thinking about making an eggplant tempeh pot pie - or maybe some zucchini lasagna . . .

My boyfriend is taking me out for Indian food. He's never had it, it's my favorite thing in the world. We've been together 2 years and he has taken me out for dinner like, 3 times. Fucking prick.
