I think I ended up with a cheese quesadilla last night, lol. Um, I had shrimp tacos for lunch, so I think later I'll have a mini omelette of some kind. Probably Spanish.

I'm not really sure what I want for dinner... though pasta with Alfredo sauce and maybe a bit of broccoli doesn't sound too bad...
