Yep, because there is heat loss and it will look the front of building look ugly AND EVEERYONE DOES IT.
They suffer from all this, too, but not nowhere much as us, they have where to go, but we have to listen to the noises nonstop, we hadto suffer from opened wall in kitchen for a month and so on... Meh.

Well, this is not their main forte. They are more like the apartment building management company, sure they have their repairman, but renovating buildings/changing windows they get other people from other companies for, usually.

In Auckland NZ. Living in a house is cheaper then living in an apartment lol.

haha It's okay 'shakes head' I jsut do it cause it lets people see where and when i have had event threads. i just wish i had thought to do it fo rthe very first thread. i could probably find it but im LAAAAZY haha.and its fine 'nods' your threads get Crazy busy. kinda like hummy's during events. so i can understand you not ventureing out haha.

We're already doing what we can, but when your whole family's monthly income doesn't even cover the bills alone, not talking about food or medicine, or bus tickets for me to go to school and it goes like that for years...
