Ugh. Just got off the longest call ever. Had a guy basically put me on hold so I could hear him cuss out one of the other call center's supervisors and then turned around and was all polite to me because I'm a girl....call lasted over an HOUR and we're supposed to keep them under 14.5 mins. *slams head on desk* I just wanna go home and read Interview with a Vampire.
