Oh that's too bad Gypsea. Heat stroke/ exhaustion is never fun. I have had the latter. I am sooo pale that the sun really effects me.

I agree, I am about letting my body deal things naturally. I rarely take aspirin for headaches even.

well if he had gone swiming in the river when I did he would have been fine but no he did not want to do it that way he wanted to wear louse stuff that did not hold the water in. the water was dry in him in about a half an hour. were as I was still wet hours letter.
