I was homeschooled. Six years of it. Guess what my social skills were when I hit high school.

I had something almost similar, since I went to school with the ame 30 or so kids the entire time. I only interacted with them pretty much, so when i entered middle school I had very few social skills.

My older sister seemed to be pretty good at the social thing. At least, she had friends she saw outside of their schools. LARP, mostly.

Ah. Yeah...I've got the social skills of a twelve-year-old, at most. And I'm 18. That's not good......

I'm the same way. What makes it even weirder is the fact that online, I'm practically a social butterfly, so almost nobody believes me when I say that my social skills suck in real life.

I'm pretty social, but when it comes to getting beyond the acquaintances stage I have trouble. I don't really have any close friends. My closest friend is actually my little sister. I get to know people, but we never really get the sort of friendship where I can say confidently that we're anywhere close to being best friends. It's odd.

No need to worry about that with me. Me and my little group of friends have actually been mistaken for being siblings! It's not so much that we look similiar, but more like how we all seem attached at the hip. And we're always insulting each other. :XD

It could simply because I'm at community college. It's sort of weird because there's a LOT of high school students here, and people leave after a year usually.

That's actually part of the reason I'm not going to a community college. I know the one we've got is good, it's just that so many people go there right out of high school and I really didn't want to see their faces again. Not after a good majority of them made my life living hell and basically treated me like I was lower than shit.

ugh community college, Sora knows that if he went to the one that his state has, then Sora would absolutely HATE it!
Sora goes to a private college and LOVES it.....it's funny cause it's smaller than Sora's old high school XP

I am not social at all...unless I am with friends...then I am more social. XD The only class I am social in is my ceramics class.

I preferred the community college I went to over the private one I am going to now. I had friends at my community college...I have made a couple at the private one and it turns out a couple of people in my ceramics class actually went to my high school...but they graduated two years after I did. XD

Most of my friends that I even care about still go to the community college though. :( Out of all my good friends who went there right after high school (including me), I'm the only one that has transferred out to another college.

I'm kinda social online...I prefer new threads when I join something where they are small...this is actually the only site where I started posting in huge threads...this thread being the first one I ever joined. XD The only time I don't do that is if I actually know practically every single person in the thread...then I normally will post.

Just be glad you're not me. I'm all over online so much that...well, it's starting to get to the point where people on other sites recognize my Mene username.......:sweat:

I'm most comfortable with the threads on this site. I talk in a lot of big threads, but I knew people before I started posting in them so I didn't just jump in or anything.

I didn't, so I just ended up popping into some threads that looked interesting.

haha. I have done that before, but that was when I had no home. now I have a home on mene so I just go there. I actually haven't visited any new threads in a long time.

I keep the same name every way unless I try to join a place where my user name is too long...such as Whuddle World.

But this is the only forum where I feel comfortable replying to threads that I don't frequent that are like just talking about a similar topic. I don't do that on other sites. For Subeta, I only stay in my cult's threads...unless there is an event such as the current one...I will occasionally go into the "kiss the user above you" thread. XD

I'd do that on Subeta, if my Cult HAD any threads! On gaia, I VERY rarely venture out of my Guilds' threads because I've run into too many assholes in the regular forums.

Aww...join a different cult? I like my new cult I joined...the last one kicked me out because I was offline due to Real Life and missed the re-signing of the rules since they changed them. Therefore they kicked me out. So I found a different one to join.
