How old is your current child?

yes, kat currently goes to school in the same area as Granny, but i'm transferring to a school in new mexico next year.
it's spring break now though. I'm home with my family.

I want spring break! *had it last week then the second day back from spring break she was on a field trip* XD

oh, what kind of field trip?

Went to the Mall in Washington DC. From there we could go to any of the museums. I basically stayed in the National Gallery the whole time and we still didn't finish seeing everything in there. XD

oh, can't be too bad of a field trip! XD I'm envious.

It was good..considering I got out of my classes for that day...but even if I didn't go, I still wouldn't have to go to classes because I only had two classes that day and both teachers went on the trip. XD

Oh, good lord. I frequent the Uni thread here in The Menewshan Nation, and this guy has been like...fawning all over me...I never really returned the affections, and when I told him that I wouldn't date him he went crazy on me, and basically called me a slut, hoe, and many other things (implied, but very obvious), and also implied that I was just like the other girls that broke his heart. Then he went bi-polar and tried to pretend none of it happened, then switched back to being a jerk. I was like O.O I had to report it, and the leader of the thread blacklisted him today.

Gawd. I'm glad that's over.

Yeah. I feel bad that the thread leader even felt the need to. But *shrugs* it probably would have gotten worse had another course of action been taken.

Elys, I'm surprised that the person didn't get banned from Menewsha for stalking.
Speaking of being banned, my niece was banned a couple of days ago, and she can't get anybody to respond to the notes she is sending to support.

Evidently they feel her Menewsha mail is being marked as spam, which is strange, since she and I use the same computer often, and my mail is set up the same way. So far, I have not been banned.

@Granny: So they banned her because her Mene mail goes straight to her spam box? I'm amazed...that's a little shallow. I get hundreds of e-mails a day from the various sites I use and I read none of them.

I half feel like the guy will get himself banned eventually. I think that what went down between him and I was more serious than the mods realized, because the things he was saying were harassment in my book, and turned into plain out cyber bullying. I feel like I notified the mods too late/they didn't look deeply enough at what he was saying to me. Either way, I'm not going to have anything more to do with the situation. If he gets banned. He gets banned. Let it not fall on my shoulders. :yes:

@Ter: That sounds fun! I spent the day in the mountains and went on a hike. I'm pretty out of shape, I've discovered. I'm super skinny, but I guess I have no core strength/muscle strength and my lungs need some strengthening exercises too. I almost coughed up a lung. Gawd. Crazy day on my end, too. That's for sure.

That's a toughie, Granny. Wouldn't want you getting banned on her behalf.

The festival was fun! We first went way back on a curvy road to eat breakfast (pancake and blah, blah, blah). Then we came outback out to another town where the elementary school is with the fire department across from it. There were arts and crafts in the school and on the school grounds and we browsed. Then we headed over to a store and bought maple candy. Then we headed to a maple camp. Then we headed over to the"big city" (yea...it is considered that since it is the largest place over there in that area). We went and looked at the art and crafts and antiques that is in the fire department there, then walked up the road looking at different vendors and going in some shops. Then we hit the area of the arts and crafts vender's. Then headed back while looking at more vendors and going in more shops. Then we headed over to the high school and looked at all the arts and crafts in both gymnasiums in there. Then headed back and ate dinner at the first fire department I mentioned.

I don't know what to tell you, Granny. :/

I just had an Irish Breakfast tea just now...

I've never tried Irish Breakfast tea. I am assuming it is a black tea?
