I actually don't crash. I have a very high caffeine tolerance because I'm a coffee addict. I just need the sugar. I still won't crash though. Hmmmm the computer lab is shutting down so I might not be back on until after my final. Which is an hour away still. :sigh:

Jecy, the mountains are very pretty; however, I wouldn't like to drive up there in the winter! We have friends who live in Colorado, so we go there occasionally. It's very pretty. I would think that some pictures could help your artist block, SunShine.

i havent really been able to draw anything all year its quite a dilemma since in August i have to go to college and to get my degree in a timely fashion its recommended i take 2d and 3d courses in my freshman year

Do the instructors make assignments? I would think if you were told what you needed to draw, it may be easier?

This year i didnt take a drawing class because i figured i know how to draw and can get better on my own i should that ceramics since i have to take 3 classes in college for it ill take the class so that i can learn abit of it now.

I would love to take a ceramics class.

I think it would be so much fun.

Me too, I really like ceramics... I took an art class that briefly went over ceramics in high school and we got to use the electric wheel... I made a bunch of ash trays for my college friends. XD

it really is a lot of fun but the teacher is really..... well she tends to only help a few select people and for some reason none of my items ever go in or make it out of the kiln its really not nice of her to continuously trash my items but what are you going to do i guess right?

Since she really doesn't teach everyone im stuck with trying to self teaching myself. Its pretty hard but i can make eating bowls and cups im working on trying to make a tea pot its one of out present assignments right now

I really like using the wheel im better with the wheel when it comes to making pots and cups but i can also make some pretty wicked sculptures if i wanted to =)

I imagine it's very difficult to control the wheel so that the pots and bowls come out even and not lop-sided.

I've done some painting of already-made ceramic items, but it would be so much fun to make my own. I dabble a bit in Texas wildflower painting. (I do a credible bluebonnet)

Oh my, it has been years since I've done any painting.

For the most part, I painted little bluebonnets and Indian paintbrushes on agate pieces and glassware. I believe that I've sold them all. I used to sell things at craft fairs and such. I don't believe I have any pieces left.

I keep saying that I'm going to start painting again one of these days. I'll show my work then.

It was weird. It wasn't a normal exam so I was a bit taken aback, but I did get let out early so I'm happy. I need more then coffee, code red, and candy in my stomach.
