At least you know what helps you fall asleep. Lifelong insomniac here, and I've yet to find a working method that doesn't involve being awake for 24 hours straight.

I use melatonin, but I'm not sure if I should use more. It may not be helping that much. I wouldn't want to use too much, though.

Good morning everybody!

I think a nice warm cup of herbal tea is helpful to fall asleep.
I've also heard that taking an antihistamine helps.

I've never tried warm milk. I don't think I could drink it without chocolate in it, which would defeat the purpose!

Personally, I feel that any liquid served at above room temperature is an abomination. I'm not really a tea person, unless it's iced tea.

Are you from a hot climate, Jayn?

When it's cold and blustery outside, there is nothing more soothing than a hot beverage - whether it's tea or hot chocolate.

Nope, it's pretty mild where I grew up. I just don't like hot liquids. Tea, coffee, soup, I'm not fond of any of them.

I've never been fond of cold soup.
I'm not even going to attempt to spell it correctly, but phonetically it sounds like "Vishyswa"

Hi everyone!

*adds to topic* I am weird and love hot liquids and am not a fan of cold drinks. I'll order hot tea almost anywhere, I LOVE green tea in Asian restaurants (YUM).

Sorry for what? I don't care if you like soup, as long as you don't expect me to eat it.

I did have green tea once...admittedly I was 8, but I found it rather disgusting.

Cool, when we go out, I'll drink your green tea, and you can have my cold soda:) I am sooo not a soda drinker.

I've never had a green tea that I favored.

To me, most of the time it tastes a bit like drinking hay.

Oh, dear. I'm very sorry. You've been very sheltered.
I grew up on a farm, and new mown hay is one of those aromas that will stay with me my entire life!

Well, I must leave now. I'll see you all tomorrow!
