Oh, when we covered those in art history it was a lot of fun! We touched on the religion to give a background to the art we were studying.
What's the math like?

So your math teacher would rather be a debate teacher?

nah, it more of an english class. Its like writting a paper where your arguments have to be solid.

I can see how that would be related to Geometry. All those proofs and theorems... ugh. -_-

I kind of miss math. I dropped my astrophysics major halfway through college in favor of the music major, since I was getting better grades in music history than in planetary sciences. :P But I wasn't bad at math, once I stopped doubting things like "So, why exactly does 1+1=2?"

Math was easy until I got past calculus, all of it. The next class was differential equations and I think part of that may have been the teacher having such a heavy accent.
Awww... my wrist is hurting so I don't think I can stay on longer.

My biggest problem was that one of the main astro professors spoke in a flat drone. I had only fallen asleep once in class before I started taking his, and then suddenly it was the easiest thing in the world to drop straight off sitting upright.

Shameless self-plug: I've updated my quest thread with new outfits! Check it out in my signature, please?
Now that I'm teaching myself (as a TA only, but I still have to lead sections), I try really hard to be the kind of teacher students don't want to fall asleep in front of -- not out of fear, but because they're interested in what I'm saying. The true test will come when I start having to lead 500-person Music Appreciation 101-type lectures, the kind that's required of all science majors or whatnot. We have professors in our department who can actually get interesting discussions going in two- or three-hundred person lectures. Not just ten or fifteen people talking, but nearly the entire class (I've heard).

Wow, those are large classes. My college classes were no bigger than any high school class (20 to 30 people)
and hello you two :)

yeah, last year there were so many people in my class that I never got any help at all from my teacher. Well, sometimes you just wish she'd stay away so she won't point out all your probloms for you or get annoyed at your style.

Your art teacher used to get annoyed at your style? That's not very professional, they are supposed to encourage you to find your own style.

hm, not quite like getting annoyed at individuality becuase she really was an awsome teacher, but my table had this way of twisting the assignment to do what we wanted and not what she wanted us to do. I don't know, it hard to explain why my teacher telling me what to do was so annoying.
oi! I'm so tired now, so I think I'll have to go to sleep. good night ya'll!!

um, they look kind of like this thick fabric thing that you velcro over your wrist to give it support or something. I don't really know, but I had this friend that wore one sometimes. Hope your shower helps!!
