The beginning doesn't seem so different so far. Sure, things are in a slightly different order (mostly starting with Train not in Chronos) but otherwise it seems overall to be about the same. I like that Rins didn't fool Gentleman in the manga. ^^

Hello, Nenna!

It appears that the three of you were enjoying yourselves into the early hours of the morning!
I think the others must not be awake yet!

How are you?
I was out all day yesterday. We were visiting friends - something that we do rarely. It's nice to get out once in awhile though.

Yesterday was so gloomy, but today is cool, but with lots of sunshine. I just got back from a nice brisk walk. I enjoy the cool weather so much more than the heat of the summers here.

I'm doing well, thank you. I slept far too much this morning and it was lovely! The sun finally decided to come out too which really wakes me up now! Also: I'm very close to getting my cat ears!

I'm glad you got out to visit friends! It's so nice to stay in the house for me but even I get tired of it too.

That's because bed time for me are the wee hours of the morning for you! XD Midnight in Cali is about when I need to go to bed to be up in time for work anymore so that's when I get sleepy now.

I have some relatives in California.
I'm always meaning to call them, but it seems that every time I think of it, it's either too early there or too late here.

I have such a hard time with time zone differences.

I'm always confused by time differences, especially when you get daylight savings involved. It really is an outdated concept.

Ugh, I hate daylight savings. As soon as we "fall back" it's dark in the morning going to work, and dark in the evening coming home. I can't even remember what time it's actually supposed to be anymore. oO

Also, hi. :)

hello Cica!

time differences are confusing. I'm about to suggest that the world be standard, but that's a little too conformist scary united under one rule type of thing...

Cica! Good to see you!

I thought the US was the only one who bothered with daylight savings at all.

Good to see you all, too! :)

The world all can't be standard. There have to be time zones. Otherwise, it would get too confusing. Midnight is midnight. If in Australia, say, midnight were actually noon and vice versa... oO

But Daylight Savings... yeah. I wouldn't mind doing away with that, honestly.

I suppose. I think only US does daylight savings, but maybe places like Britain do it too. idk.

I think it is only the US, what with Ben Frank inventing it and all. I still hate him for it.

Oh yeah, everyone being on the same time would very much be confusing! D:

Aww, don't hate on Ben Franklin. He wanted the wild turkey to be the United States national bird. And I think he was right about that.

then maybe we should abolish time and control the seasons of the world so everything is easy.

I like eagles! we wouldn't be about to eat turkey if it were the national bird!!

Yeah, we should get on that. Maybe recruit some physicists from CERN or something.

I don't think having the turkey as a national bird would stop people from eating them. :) And besides, they're much nicer birds than bald eagles. Not as smart, but not as brutal, either. I mean, our national bird is carrion-eating thief, for crying out loud. (Or is that appropriate?)

Let's see... a bird so stupid they literally line up to die (my grandma was raising some and there was a leaky faucet and they lined up to stand under it and drown) or something beautiful, majestic, and inedible (not that turkeys are all that edible)... tough choice.

raptors are gorgeous and free, they glide through the sky like they rule it! and they do! I prefer hawks and golden eagles the most though.

CERN????

Hello Cica!

Oh my, I have to agree with Nenna. I much prefer the Eagle as our national bird.
He is majestic, but he can also be threatening. Much like the US.

I love roast turkey. It's one of my favorite meals, and so very economic!

You're thinking of domestic turkeys. We've raised them on my farm before, and they never drowned in the rain. Maybe the bronze breed is smarter than the white, or something. But still, we're talking about wild turkeys here. Flying surviver type birds who do not drown in the rain because nature doesn't actually like stupid genes. They're pretty too, in their own way. :)
