I'm okay, thanks Rei. Considering trying to finish reading Stardust tonight. It's a quick read, but I keep getting distracted. :p

What is stardust about?

I'm doing hw and I still have to write in my novel and go to church later.

Stardust is a book by Neil Gaiman (and also a movie with Claire Danes) about a star who falls to Earth in the land of Faerie, and a young man named Tristran from the town of Wall (which basically guards the border between mundane England and magical England), and their adventures. Wikipedia might be a better starting point than me. :)

Oh sounds interesting, Rei may want to read books, since it would be better than the movie.

I actually saw the movie first, which isn't my usual preference. But the movie was very good, and I tend to like Neil Gaiman, so... :)

Stardust reminds me a bit about Xanth I love that series by Piers Anthony it's very amusing but still good stories too. Hmmm I wonder if anyone would be interested in a Xanth roleplay

ok, I only have 3 more math probloms to do and I gots me a muse for my novel!! Unfortunately multiple muses that start in different places...I can only write in one place in the story at a time!!!

Xanth is a series of novels I do wish someone would make a movie about it though that would be awesome. The reason Stardust reminds me of Xanth is it supposedly it looks like Florida but you can only access it by luck, and it is mobile so it can touch the 'mundane world' ( that's what Xanthians call our world) anyplace. Xanth is a land of magic.

I think it's hilarous most of the time don't knock it till you've read it. He he, it had shoe trees that grow shoes. Everything is imbued with magic, and they have dragons and demons. Magicans and monsters. Mermaids and dyrads. If a boy sows wild oats a nymph grows from them and the glimpse of panties can stupify a man.

Girls get all the pretty clothes on every sight! It's way more fun to make pretty, girly clothes than manly clothes. ^^
