I have no starbucks on campus, so a no go for me. I got Texenza!

You can buy it by the pound in some grocery stores, also...it's expensive, though. $12/lb...but well worth it.

I'm making an energy drink can out of paper and coloring it. I hate the cold more than anything too, but I love snow! If there's enough to throw at people then I will be happy for weeks!!!

I can't play in the snow :(

Snow is something to go visit once in a while when you've got all the proper equipment. Proper equipment includes: some sort of sled, friends to play with, and water repellent pants/shoes.

I have the friends I think, but I don't think we'd even get enough snow for a sled to be useful. I think mittens should be required as well, but I don't have that.

I'm more worried about pants than anything because driving home in wet pants is really really uncomfortable. :/

I have Bell's Palsy. Honestly, it's more my own paranoia than anything keeping me from playing in the snow.

since, I won't get off campus, I don't think driving will be an issue for me. my hands of face freezing off though...

Bell's Palsy is a condition where you just one day wake up and half of your face is paralyzed. Well, half in my case. I don't currently have any symptoms...I was fortunate enough to recover 100% from them when I did. But stress to the facial nerves or muscles or something can bring the symptoms back on. Extreme heat or cold = stress to nerves and muscles.

Ah... that would make me a little paranoid too! That just sounds like it'd be terribly frightening! *pets Ravyn* Poor thing. TT__TT

*hugs* You guys are so sweet! It was extremely frightening when it happened. It started with what felt like an ear infection...had that for a few days, but the dr couldn't find anything wrong...then I woke up one morning, and the entire left side of my face was paralyzed. I still get worried about it sometimes...if I get way tired, the left side of my face starts to tingle. But, like I said...I recovered from the symptoms 100% the first time, and they haven't really been back since. I just stay pretty much paranoid about it, 'cause there's no cure...not fatal, I don't think, but no cure either. At least not one that I know about...haven't seen anyone about it at all since I was diagnosed, 'cause all they can do is treat the symptoms and I don't currently have any.
