I am doing well enough. I've started running 2 miles a day on Wednesday, so my shins are killing me today. I'm taking a break, since i'll be walking around disney all day tomorrow and don't want to be in pain there. Hehe.

I ride my bike around the neighborhood and do 50 sit ups when im home

I need to get rid of some excess stomach fat before I start worrying about sit-ups. Hehe. I'm not chubby really, but there is fat there that I need to get rid of before I start working on the underlaying muscles more.
So i've decided to strengthen my left knee in the process... but I need to be careful that I don't blow it out.

I wasn't intentionally running 2 miles a day, I just did a few blocks and when I got home checked how long the route was. 2 miles in under 20 minutes is pretty damn good for a 26 year old woman that hasn't run in over 6 years! Haha... the elliptical isn't the same as running.

My brother and his wife get dog ice cream for their dog, and my sister-in-law tried it once and said it was really salty. XD

Well, if you think about it, dogs seem to love the taste of salt. They love licking people who just finished exercising and are sweating. Maybe it just appeals to their taste.
