Update: I stopped by the university today and one of my teachers had found my wallet and gave it back to me.
Hooray for life!
Thanks everyone for being so nice in wishing for my wallet to be returned to me. It worked! =3

Old text:
I was heading out to get some dinner today when I noticed...
OMFG, my wallet is missing.
So after a nervous breakdown and a hundred frantic phone calls later,
I have canceled all of the cards in my wallet, and now I need to get a new Driver's License, Campus ID, among other things.
Irreplaceable from my wallet is the note my boyfriend wrote me the first day that we said "I love you" to each other.
I'm a bit of an emotional wreck right now, and I apologize if I won't be very active or happy in the next few days.

Was there any sort of contact information in there, like a phone number? It's not too likely, but you never know, someone might find it somewhere and try to return it to you. :)

Unfortunately, there wasn't. My Driver's License that was in there has an old address on it.

Did you go anywhere recently where you needed your wallet?
When was the last time you saw it?

I last saw it earlier today, but I think someone picked it up and just hasn't returned it. I just want the note and the wallet itself back, I've gotten everything else on the track to being replaced.

Oh dear. D:
Have you tried visiting the places and asking around?

Someone had a similar situation here, and she found it when she retraced her steps. ^^;
Maybe this could help you?

Glad you got your wallet back - I'm going to lock this up since everything is resolved - if you need this reopened fee free to PM me or another mod.
