Probably 100 depending on what number you're on already, you get 1 EXP for each person you smack.

Actually your experience shows you how many people you've whacked. If you right-click the pillow and view the image, the image name is the rank that you are :).

I attack you all.

You lose 10 EXP points if you get knocked out though. When you get to 200 you get the black belt pillow.

Yeah, and after that, they go through a totally different system of showing how torn up your pillow is XD.

From what I've seen so far, the badge rankings seem to be, from lowest to highest,

1. Plain pillow
2. White belt
3. Purple belt
4. Brown belt
5. Black belt
6. Heart shield

Yeah, poor pillows.
