Possibly we get attack points by posting? I'm not certain that they are timed. You can't hit the same person within 30 minutes, but the "attack" points don't seem to correlate with that.

It makes sense that your attack points are replenished by posting. It keeps people talking, PLUS you get a quarter of a feather for posting anyway. :D

EDIT: AWW, TILLY, YOU MISSED?! XD Well, that's good to know that you can miss someone.
