I think you have too much black on the top compared to the bottom of your avi. xD
And just overall too much white.
But you should get rid of the hairpin.

Sorry I disappear guys. It's a busy time of year, with my first year of college being over in a few days more than a month X'D;

Hime, I'd go for a white bow instead of that hairpin, since you need more white on your head for sure, and already have quite a bit of black. There's also red in only 3 places, and one of the areas is teeny tiny. And yeah, the white is a touch overpowering, particularly at the bottom. Maybe if that was balanced better it wouldn't feel that way.

I feel like your middle could use a bit more black, since the top and bottom seem to have more than your middle, but you've already managed to balance out so many colors that I'm sort of scared to see what would happen if you tried to stick black in there o.e It might just through the whole ting off.
I could get lost in there X'D

EDIT: I actually really LOVE the Sash, so there's no way I'm ignoring it. you balanced out the Black, white, and gray very well. The avatar is really cute and the items look good together. My pet peeve would be the glasses, because the black ones are just so flat compared to the gold and silver ones. It almost looks like they were drawn on the avatar's face. As for the sash, it's that clever little touch that makes this avatar really interesting to look at even when the matching and balance aspect is set aside. It's a really neat idea. 9/10

I don't have any black handhelds that work for the middle or I would stick one of those there DX

Technically it's a right hand item, and it's not in the right spot. It would be adding black to the side, not the middle. I already tried it and it looked weird anyways. I need something black that will layer over the actual avatar, but it has to be small and go directly in the middle DX

The middle of my avatar is lacking black so it's not really balanced there. I can't find a decent way to add black there without ruining the balance of colors DX

My suggestion would be not to use a set. XD;
I know there's a limited amount of that colour items, but it's possible to make an outfit of the same colour without using it.
