Sorry I got distracted as Cliff got home and we had to chat for a few minutes to get things planned and organized for the weekend...

Then I forgot to take something out to defrost for dinner because I had to leave for town to early today...

So now I am zapping some leftovers that I froze because there was to much for just one or two meals...

I don't know why it is taking so long to defrost and cook though...
