You know, they have so many EI's that so many of them go without evolving for a while because they only evolve about 3 a week...I saw someone say that the Case of Pietro hadn't evolved in five weeks. And someone else said that the Reve Rouille didn't evolve again... Well I just think if they're going to have so many they ought to keep up with them.

So now Gaia is mostly hackers and newbies being hacked that makes Gaia harder for everyone else because the staff just doesn't have time for anything else?

I've also noticed the general quality of the EI's is plummeting. I mean the Masquerade had several awful and uncreative evolutions in it and this Dark Moon one doesn't look very good either. A werewolf item yes, but it looks very crummy and not well thought out

Yeah, I noticed that about the Masquerade too...especially with the supernova stage. The "supernova pearls" looked like a bad case of zits! At least the transcended stage was okay.

I actually love the Masquerade! :XD I think it's poses are SO versatile, and I'm also glad some gory things were included as well. I think it's a really fantastic item, and I'm glad I bought one. Much love for the eyeshadow, blush, freckles and bangs!

Oh, I didn't mean that I didn't like it! I love the blush and the bangs. :) It's just that I think a few poses looked like they were come up with pretty quickly, but more near the end. It's actually one of the EIs I like more. XD

I don't play on Gaia as much as I used to because I don't have the access to broadband as easily as before. To those who have never had dial-up, accessing Gaia with it is a pain in the rear. Forget about playing games on it.

That's one thing I like about Menewsha. It loads much faster.

Gaia used to be quite fun... Then it started changing, and I have to admit it is still fun... But I miss the old Gaia where you could meet a lotta people and just chat and be friends. But now Gaia has a lotta new members who would rather talk trash than talk to someone.

I don't visit much anymore, but it's seeming to heat up again with all the bigger changes going on.

haha.. luckily i'm an artist so i can get 100k and more pretty easily. (as long as my pooter isnt being ill)

i feel for those who arent artists and can only slowly rack up the gold. D:

Booty grab these days can get you a nice amount of cash. In an hour you can get between 10-20k if you aim for the threads filled with the best tanks (watermeats and mermaids)

without a doubt, ya. I got really bored one day and played it for most of the day and made nearly 100k. Never did do that again, I found it an utter waste of a day, but I was amazed at how much gold I had made O__o

If you think about it, even if you only play it for a half hour a day, every day, you could come out with about 35k a week (give or take, depending on how well you do and which tanks you grab)

I used to play Gaia, but honestly I don't like it anymore.
I couldn't go into the GD without seeing a picture that would make me feel like throwing up.

there doesnt seem to be trolls or whatnot about in many art threads i've been to.

I'm hearin' you loud and clear. I had dial-up for the longest time and eventually Gaia was just near impossible to log onto.

O gaia, gaia, gaia *shrugs and shakes head* There are probably only a couple reasons why the site has benefit me. I remembered they day me and my friend sign up for it long ago in '03. It was neat back then because it was different then most sites. I loved the Holiday events they have and how the pages never took forever to load because they didn't have that much crap on pages as they do now. Gold use to be a lot harder to achieve. I remembered it took forever and a day just to get to 10k.

I met some nice people and played games in forums and hung out in the guilds with my friends from school. I had a lot of memories from the site some bad mostly good. I had a website cyber punk bully me because he want on my Myspace and poked fun of my face(noes). Thats when I took a long vacation away from Gaia I only came back because of the Zelda Guild I own.

Then I met some people on gaia who also live where I live. We hanged a few times and we all have a blast when we do-I think thats one good thing that gaia has given me, a new group of real life friends.

I might be limiting my visits there now. I dont chat much in the forums because the pages take forever to load and a lot of members their aren't literate and just spam in your topic out of no good reason at all. The Games are fun when they don't lag and lag and lag. The Cash shop and items are kinda ridiculous and that new store especially.

I think you are going to see me on this site a lot more often. :P ;)

I don't care for the gold lotto. It's nowhere near fun. Seems like a waste of 100 gold to me. :|

Haha. I agree. I did it once, got one ticket, then never did it again.

I just couldn't handle the changes that were being made. It just didn't feel like the same, fun GaiaOnline I had joined years ago. When I was first there I enjoyed questing for items, had lots of friends to talk to, often went fishing and had fun role playing... but things just changed way too much. Everything is just... uncomfortable, unfriendly... alien. There's just so much wrong with that site. I could go on forever, but I won't, because I want to put that all past me.

I should hope not. Honestly, I didn't flee from Gaia to join another website just to see it turn around and give its users the same treatment. Though I've been here for less than a day, I'm already loving the over all feeling of this place. It's clean, simple and once I make friends and get into role playing I'm sure it will be fun, too! Also, I loved that a moderator and assistant admin replied firstly, and that there is a large number of staff. So far I've seen more staff member replies and interaction here than you will ever find in Gaia-- That is reassuring for me that they aren't few and far in between jerks who will ban you without reason. Trust me, I've been ban for "botting" or whatever multiple times from trades I've had with friends and donators and promptly brushed aside when trying to address my case in Gaia.
