We somehow exceeded our huge limit for Bandwidth this month (we have 20 gigs, and previously, we only used about 10). Thankfully, it ran out right at the end and not halfway through. I'm not sure what exactly is causing it. But I did notice our bandwidth usage shoot up when we had our 500k posts event. We are looking into the problem to make sure it doesn't happen again in the short term, as well as looking into some new hosting options for the long term.

It should be back on the 1st at midnight EST. LEIs will be left up an extra day, as well as anything else scheduled to end on the 31st (like the Halloween Party).

yay! I'm not the only one who got the error. :( I'm sad we're not able to get on today. But it's ok since I'm not going to be home pretty much all day today. >.<

For those who are coming in here wondering what's going on, this was what comes up when you try to go to ava

Avaricia is down temporarilly (hopefully for a few hours, since we are just waiting to hear back from our host). While trying to fix a problem, we created a bigger one. No worries, there are backups, and no inventory or avatar-related information was lost. All posts, currencies, and donation information will be rolled back to the 30th at about 5:30 am. So if you made any donations between then and now, let me know. Especially let me know if you purchased items but still had trinkets left over so I can restore the lost ones. Sorry for any inconvience this may have caused. We'll see everyone again really soon!
