In an ancient land, the isle is divided in three seperate regions. In each region lies a legendary monestry dedicated to one of the three key elements of the goddesses; Terra (Earth), Aqua (Water) and Aeris (Air).

It is a peaceful land; but every one-hundred years or so there is always a horrific war. If one region gets control of any territory, nothing is spared...

Every war is strewn with disaster, and the time between may be peaceful, but is only used to replenish wargear. And its that time of the century again. It is stalemate, and already all sides have suffered terrible losses.

Sky slowly walked un to the highest peak of the island. She sighed and sat on the edge of the cliff. There was never anything to do, since her mother was so protective and had gaurds watching her, due to the fact her sister had gotten killed in the war. She dangeled her feet over the cliff boredly.

Hazel was in the clouds. She had gotten mad at not only her parents, but a very powerful dragon and now she was trying to escape. She saw the clouds lift and saw she was near the edge of the island.

Sky glanced at the clouds and saw a dragon. Since the dragon was in the clouds, she assumed she was part of her clan and safe to talk to. She slowly stood up. "Hello?" She called out to the dragon quietly but loud enough to reach the dragons ears.

Samantha walked in the rocky path noticing a girl on a cliff. She then ran up to her and put her hands on her hips. "What are you doing on my cliff?" She continued, "Only I can sit on this cliff." Samantha then pushed the girl's arm, barely moving it. "Move it or loose it!"

Maybe it didnt hear me... oh well.... Sky thought, sitting back down. She then felt the girl push her arm slightly. Sky stood up. "And you are?" She asked, her temper growing. "I come here whenever I want to. I wont move it and refuse to loose it." She said, glaring down at the doll.

Xenden had been walking on the same path for a while. His headphones in as he carried something around his waist. He noticed a girl and a dragon. He looked at them puzzled. Hearing agruments back and forth. He sighed not wanting to be in the middle or something. He sat near a rock still looking at the two before he looked up looking at the clouds.

Sky glanced over and saw the boy sitting calmly. She figured she should probably be calm too. "Look, I dont have time for this. You can have your edge you little... person..." She said, trying to think of the right word. "I'll be leaving now." She said, spreading her wings and flying off, circling above the cliff, deep in thought.

Xenden looked at the girl who had flown into the sky. 'An Angel?' he thought chuckling slightly as he continued sitting there, then folding his arm across his chest as he leaned back.

Thanks to having wonderful hearing, she heard the boy chuckle. "Whats so funny?" She asked, landing by the rock he was on. She could be a bit clueless at times.

Xenden chuckled again, "Nothing" he said trying to mess with the angel. He sat up straight looking at the girl.

"No, Im pretty sure it was something. People just dont chuckle at nothing." Sky said, cocking her head to the side slightly. She wondered where this boy was from. She'd never seen him around before. Suddenly her face flushed. What if this person is from another clan... she thought negitively. She felt her adrenaline rising. Screw mom... Im doing what I want to this time... she thought, grinning to herself, her color comming back.

"No, no it was nothing." he replied running his fingers through his hair. letting the headphones he had on drop around his neck as he stood to look at the girl. He was a little taller than she was. He wore a black button up shirt and black ripped jeans. "So tell me...where are you from?" he asked.

She looked at the boy and smiled. "Im from the Aeris Clan. You?" She asked curiously. She saw no indication of what he could be. The wind blew, and her long violet hair fell out of the braid it was in. She shivered. It was unusually cold for where they were at. "Is it me or does it seem.. colder?" She asked, tugging at her short neon colored skirt then crossing her arms around her yellow tube top.

"Aeris as well" he said chuckling at the girls wardobe. After all his consists of only one or two colors. Black or purple. He tried to feel the cold wind she talked about it. "No. To me it's not cold." he stated, grabing his jacket nearby walking behind the angel as he covered her with the jacket. He looked away, as he walked back to the rock, "There." he said in a monotone.

Hazel thought she heard something, but she couldn't be sure. She flew onward, and she suddenly realized, it was getting colder. "That's odd." she said. she flew above the clouds and found the temperture fell slightly. "Maybe I'm just high up." she decided, and flew back to the ground. she landed and saw two people, and angel and a someone, and they were what looked like hugging. She sighed.

Hermia flitted through the trees near her favorite pond. The sunlight streamed through and the temperature was warm. She sighed. As nymphs, they served both the god Poseidon and the goddess Artemis. Her parents had just announced her betrothal to one of the satyrs who lived as a clan in the forest and Hermia was expected to spend seven days by herself to purify herself for her wedding and wedding night.

Hermia sighed, a nervous tinge under all of her thoughts. True, the war had been in a stalemate for some time now, but surely it wouldn't last.

She emerged out of the woods near the top of a cliff where she intended to start her prayers and meditations. However, she quickly ducked into a bush when she noticed that there were several figures sitting on the cliff. Of course, Hermia could reach out with her powers and try to discern if they were friend or foe, but it was possibly one of them was sensitive to the mind and could feel her probing. And, well, if they weren't from her clan then she would be in big trouble.

Hazel turned away. "None of my buisness." she muttered. she walked over to a nearby stream and drank from it. She thought she could feel someone there, but she ignored it.

Very carefully, Hermia edged back into her bush when one of the figures - a dragon - came over to her stream. Of course, it helped that she was only about three feet tall, as were all nymphs.

And it was good that she was small enough to hide easily. Dragons were usually from Aeris; rarely would there be a water or an earth dragon, though it wasn't unheard of. Hermia kept very, very, still, not wishing to attract attention. The first chance she got, she was going to get out of there! She could start her purifying week at some other location. This one was much too dangerous.

Undanna sank under the water, her eyes showing as simple sparkles. Hopefully she remained unnoticed. She was going to fish here, but not with Aeris clan member around. This may be neutral territory, but that didn't mean they wouldn't decide to take her someplace where it wasn't....
