The sun is also nice. I live in southern California so I tend to always have sun even when its winter. I am mostly having problems with it being 90 degrees one day and 25 the next. D:

Mimi, what county is the house located in? I used to foreclose on houses in CA and Riverside and San Bernardino counties were some of the worst hit.

I think If ppl complain at thier climat they should go where is a lot worse one!! For example when someone is complaining at winter in Poland (-15°C those days so not bad) they sould try go to Syberia -30°C to -50°C :D

Hey, hey hey! I don't call it that. That's what its called! It's a legit therapy. Of course you'd have to have someone stand by you and have you log in. And you wouldn't get bombarded right away. It'd start out with one and then trickle up from there. Someone would talk with you the whole time.

Really? No foreclosures in Riverside...? That county had a rate of 1 in 2 houses were foreclosed.

Let me see if I can find a list of REO properties that are in Riverside County.

Yeah. We looked on the MLS website and tried to look into other stuff, but I can't find the info and my realtor is looking for money so of course he's not going to lead us that way without trying the other stuff first.

Yes. Which is why I dont like it, but id like to own over rent since mortage in this area is the same as renting a 2 bedroom apt.
