Gamblering dosn't ruing lives... people ruin lives... Oh and if gamblering is a sin then its good think i don't beleive in heaven or hell.

Sarah: you have confused me, you agree with Naoto but you qouted me.. ~confused~ lol Well if we didn't get a PM who bottled it Manchester would be the gamblering capital of England holding the first ever spuer casion resort in the country. We won the building rights then our PM changed and he bottled it to win a few more votes.

Since then his been proven to be a liar and a cheat and have no confidance in anything. He cost the city 3000 new jobs in the casion and shopping complex and alot of redevelopment of the area.

@Mitsu
Crow-kohai got a warning for similar. It's a hard habit to break, especially if you're used to using regular quotation/citation from college or book writing.
I'm probably going to get one of those too, since I'm more used to using citation/quotation over the forum quote thing.

hello peoples... How goes life? Mine was going pretty spectacular till I got home. I got offered a promotion at work, which I smugly (and unfortunately turned down) It was too much B.S. for too little a pay increase. But then I got home and opened the bill from my mechanic, from where I wrecked my car a few weeks ago... 1,100 bucks~! Im pretty good at the gold making on Mene, anybody got good ideas for making real money? (I should have taken the promotion *hits self in head in the typical nah-duh manner*

*edit* hmmm... all alone, perhaps I will quickly go make cookies, anybody want some?

@Cedura
Yeah, mechanic bills will do that. Ours hit us right as we needed to pay my fiance's moving company to get his stuff delivered; we lucked out and my grandmother gave him a loan to cover the mover, while his entire paycheck went to fixing the car.

We still need to get snow tires put on the damn thing before it snows here...which with how the weather's been lately, will probably be soon.

*hands a chocolate chip cookie to darkfae* careful they are hot :)
Well I normally wouldnt mind the bill, but I had been out of work for most of october with H1N1 flu (it hit my college campus hard) and I had lots of pretty doctors bills from that and I paid them then wrecked my car. My husband tries to give me money, but I am a very independant and stubborn person and normally insist on paying for it myself, it is my fatal flaw in life

@Cedura
Ouch. Yeah, the lack of work would only make that situation worse, especially with how much testing, medication and hospital time most H1N1 cases are taking. There's been an outbreak here, but I don't go out enough to get exposed to it, thankfully.

Maybe a small loan to pay off the mechanic, if they won't do some sort of payment plan?

@Cedura
Maybe try doing handmade gifts? It cuts down on costs, and it's what I've done a few times when money was tight for Christmas. I don't think most of the people in the world are expecting huge Christmases this year. Everywhere is pretty hard hit by economic depression.
