Well, I didn't really "intend" on meeting my guy through the blogsite. I was blogging about all the bad dates I was going on. I then moved to a new state, and he was the only person I "knew". I was really surprised when he showed up and was actually cute. I was expecting acne and a hunchback. I got legolas (from Lord of the Rings) instead.

So it has come to SO OF FORMER BF AND EX's attention that we missed you by only a few minutes tonight at the LASTNAME residence. There is a problem with this for several reasons, the most glaring one being that FORMER BF AND EX told you specifically NOT TO contact FORMER BF AND EX AND THEIR family in ANY WAY. Perhaps you were unclear on what this means - simply, it means exactly as it reads, DO NOT CONTACT FORMER BF AND EX OR THEIR FAMILY IN ANY WAY. This includes but is not limited to: calling from outside their house because you'd like to pet Boots, texting or calling FORMER BF AND EX, calling the mother or otherwise associating with her, stopping by in December because you'd like to watch Mickey's Christmas Carol, leaving black roses on their door on FORMER BF AND EX's birthday, having friends contact FORMER BF AND EX for any reason in any way, calling to obtain information from FORMER BF AND EX about what happens if you "attempt suicide" and elect to be 5150d, etc. It was also made clear to you via e-mail on February 25, 2009 that should you opt to contact FORMER BF AND EX or any of the family again, a restraining order would be served to you. Tonight is not an exception. If you choose to visit the LASTNAME's again, FORMER BF AND EX's parents have been instructed and agreed to ask you to leave. They will also be notifying FORMER BF AND EX of any such behavior as it will be a violation of the pending restraining order.

FORMER BF AND EX has elected to cut you out of their life because you are a caustic leech. As such, all memory of you has been destroyed. I encourage you to, rather than seeking out the attention of the bystander parents, reach out to your own for support.

This is the type of letter you send a CHILD MOLESTER after you caught them with your precious one and only. Not someone who leaves a rose or wants to pet a cat they already have a bond with (and can't have one where they rent due to, well, renting).

It was when I was a teenager, and religiously going to a particular club, so circa 1997. Between 1996 and 1999, I'd had a gun supposidly loaded with silver bullets aimed at me, the stake-gun and a few hand held stakes, several crosses and one idiot branished garlic at me. There was a group of Catholic teens who created a group that hunted vampires and werewolves, or the people they thought were vampires and shapeshifters. They really wouldn't know a vampire if one bit one of them on the ass, and shapeshifters are an astral thing, not a physical one so...they didn't know squat about what they were doing.

In 2002, some moron at ComicCon was apparently claiming they had a cold iron sword and were out fae hunting, then mentioned myself and a few other con regulars.

People had this stupid habit of thinking I was some sort of paranormal creature. So Crow saying something about someone trying to stake him but missing doesn't immediately strike me as metaphor. >.>

crow: oh i see that sucks, the typical american way of putting legal action against anything people dont like. Youre country dose appear to belive every problem can be solved by sueing the other person for money. the wording dose sound a bit harsh though on you, still seems a little bit over the top if all you wanted to do was pet the cat. no a side note, was this really written by anyone in law surely that first paragraph should be broken down. Put into list format after what it encludes.

The ex boyfriend seems like a right idiot severing up a restaining order. If petting a cat is that troublesome to them then perhaps youre better off without the guy. Perhaps you can counter sue because the restraining order is breaching youre human rights ^^ lol. Not sure if you can do that but im sure it will be entertaining.

Actually, there isn't much of a chance of the restraining order going through if he's not contacted the BF and EX, and the contact to the mother was by the mother's request.

He hasn't called or gone to the home of the BF or EX, and their request to leave the family alone was invalidated by the mother's request that Crow call her. Since it's her phone that he called and her house (if I'm following right), the EX and BF have no rock to stand on legally.

Also, it does not sound like they've really bothered pressing any sort of charges before, which is also typically required when placing a restraining order, unless the person has attempted to bodily harm to the person placing the restraining order.

Essentially, the only person who has a right to place the order is the mother.

Dark: yeah maybe, it just seems like such an over reaction and if thats an copie of the letter crow got badly written in my opion. I think someone needs a better lawyer before the make demands about restraining orders and what not. Its a bit to early in the morning to think about this correctly.

Im also dissapointed i cant find one example of a restaining order being over ruled because it stops someone from living or anything like that. It makes me sad.

I also put this to my one friend who happens to be a lawyer who says nothing is set in stone until the paperwork has been given to me then there will be a court hearing.... and based on how rediculous this is... and the actual law for a restraining order quotes:

(b) For the purposes of this section, "harassment" is unlawful violence, a credible threat of violence, or a knowing and willful course of conduct directed at a specific person that seriously alarms, annoys, or harasses the person, and that serves no legitimate purpose. The course of conduct must be such as would cause a reasonable person to suffer substantial emotional distress, and must actually cause substantial emotional distress to the plaintiff.

On the note of "Substantial Emotional Distress", with my mental disorders, I was reduced to the state of about a two or three year old last night, in a ball on the floor crying or holding onto a hand taking baby steps at my friend's house where I could barely see. At some points he got annoyed and just threw me over his shouolder and carted me up the stairs or set me on the sofa or whathaveyou.

And there in lies the catch for the BF and EX...any reasonable person, and they are acting far from reasonable.

And on that note, I need to wander off to bed. Lots of running around to do tomorrow, and at some point in the next three days, there will be Ghost Hunting occurring.

Crow: yeah good point using qoute tags. I got in trouble for the same thing the other day as you may have noticed. I know someone qouted it cant remember if it was you or not. To be honest until then i had no idea that you were ment to use qoute tags. I kind of skiped on reading the forums rules and what not.

Well if that is the law then it will go to the court hearing, and then you should have a chance to apply to decision. You could possible win that based on how stupied this is, then again you are living in america and you do have a record as a country for making strange desisions that shock everyone so who know.
